I-Firefox Isithangami Sokwesekwa

I have 4 gmail accounts (two for me, one for wife, and one joint email). The default for "email a Link" defaults to my wife's gmail account. I would like to change the default to our joint gmail. I need instructions on how to do this.

FF crashed as I was closing it. When I restarted, the OS failed with a message about some process that failed. When I tried to restart again, nothing would respond, not even the PC’s power switch. So I had to remove power and start again. When I finally got running again, all my former tabs are showing “New Tab” only—no content or titles.

I tried "Session Restore" without avail and that option is now grayed out.

I want my former tabs back! Some of them were really important to me. What can I do?

firefox opens new windows randomly, but about one new window every 30 to 60 minutes. will happen with no user input - even while screen is locked - when I unlock in the morning about 10 - 20 new windows have opened.

-- fresh install of arch linux with only a few basic packages installed so far. firefox 41.0.2. health report enabled. occurs with add-ons disabled, only one blank tab open in firefox and no other applications running.

So every time I'm YouTube or other video browser I get a white overlay. I dont know when this problem started nor do I know how to fix it. I reinstalled all my Java, Adobe Flash and Firefox, I still have the issue. Any help or some sort of lead would be great. Thanks

when I open the bookmarks page it automaticaly goes into fullscreen on my mac without me making it so even if the firefox isnt in fullscreen mode itself, and it also is stuck on the front desktop and cant be closed or minimized or its size altered it can be moved around though but always in fullscreen size. also when i first open the bookmarks whenever im on firefox the top menu bar and dock dissapear it requires me to go fullscreen and back before this is fixed but the bookmark page is still remains as such

When I print my bank statement from my Firefox Browser, it comes out with an over-print on is like a scrambled VOID. If I switch to my Safari Browser (which I seldom use) it will print clearly without any over-print or obliteration. See image attached. Can this be fixed?

On my website, anything below 500 KB goes up. Anything above 500 KB doesn’t – no matter how often I try. On Flickr, most things under 500 KB go at the first time of asking, while most things over 500 KB take 2, 3 or 4 goes, but do go eventually. On Dropbox, a big 25 MB RAW file goes up, no problem.

If I switch to Google Chrome – no issues – everything goes up on the website no problem.

I tried a refresh of Firefox, but it didn't help.

When I try to upload a file more than 500 KB to my website, the error message just says 'HTTP Error'

I am trying to install FF and TB on a Windows 7 computer, today, 10/27/15. I started with FF and made certain that the install stub was downloaded to the D: drive. The C: and D: drives are separate physical drives. The stub is for FF ver. 41.0.2. Nevertheless, it installed on the C: drive.

I read the two articles that would seem to be responsive to my question but they do not work for me because the install stub does not offer an option to choose custom install and it does not offer an option to choose a destination drive.

I am using a different computer while askin this question. I changed the educated guesses as best I could. I am trying to install on a Windows 7 64 bit computer.

I can't change any settings that are presented in a pop-up box. The box is too small to contain the message and can't be adjusted. I can make changes but cannot save them. As a result I am stuck with either saving no history, or all history. My issue is saving cookies but the problem is program wide. I am running Firefox 41.0 2 under Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. This problem did not present until the 41.x update. At that time, my Firefox settings went TU and I had to reload all preferences, (several times). Thunderbird does not seem to be affected.

I use Firefox web browser, my OS is Windows 10 pro. I am the webmaster for site http://eckankarinoklahoma.org. When I revise and update the website pages, Firefox does not recognize the changes made until I hit the reload (renewal) button to the right of the address. However, when there is no reload button for a page, Firefox never will recognize the changes that have been made until I delete my browsing history. It appears to be read web history pages. I've tried everything, from reloading the page to getting out of the site and returning, etc. to get Firefox to recognize the changes but it will not. Like I said, the only way I can get it to recognize the changes is to delete my history, which is a real pain. The page that doesn't have a reload button is a password protected page. See site mentioned above and click left hand menu item "Members Login here." However, by visiting this page you won't be able to see the problem until you have visited it, and then again after it has been revised. The only revision made to this page is the date in the label asking for the password. The password works fine, it's just that the label never updates and this is important for users to know in which article to find the password. Sorry for the wordiness of this, but I hope you get the idea of the problem.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit. I was told on September 7 of this year that 42.0 would be released on November 3 and it would be available in a 64 bit version. I was prompted today (11/4) to upgrade to 42.0 with no option for a 64 bit version given. I assume by choosing to update my current 32 bit version of FF will be updated to 32 bit 42.0.

How do I obtain the Windows 64 bit version of FF and migrate to it from the 32 bit version I am currently running?

I've been scanning the web for a Mozilla produced 64 bit Firefox, yet all I can find are forums from 5 months ago that say it should have been released sometime in September.

On one internet site, when I go to it, up in the left hand corner, a pop-up for flow player comes up, and it does not allow the site content to display. I have run my anti-virus program, as well as the anti-malware program, and nothing came up. It only occurs when I try to access the drudge report site. Upper left hand corner of page gets the small video window, and it blocks everything else on that page from coming up. Page works fine with Internet Explorer. I have put the Shockwave plug in on NEVER USE to no effect.
