Facebook chat says this browser won't allow video chat. How do I change this?

I have a new laptop and am using Firefox as my browser. But when I'm on Facebook, go to chats it says that video chat isn't supported by this browser. Does Firefox not al… (funda kabanzi)

I have a new laptop and am using Firefox as my browser. But when I'm on Facebook, go to chats it says that video chat isn't supported by this browser. Does Firefox not allow this? I've tried going to permissions to allow Facebook to access my camera and microphone, but unable to do so. How do I use the video chat feature in Facebook chats?

Unexpected error upon attempting to sign in.

A leak was detected on my account then Mozilla locked it. Every passwords were changed as I still got an "Email just returned" error upon trying to sign in, and now I end… (funda kabanzi)

A leak was detected on my account then Mozilla locked it. Every passwords were changed as I still got an "Email just returned" error upon trying to sign in, and now I end up with an "Unexpected error".

And to make sure that this has nothing to do with the plugins I have on my pc installation, I tried signing in on mobile phone as well. Same issue.

I read online that Firefox is planning on implementing AI features. Given the track record of AI in other browsers leaking private information, bogging down connectivity,… (funda kabanzi)

I read online that Firefox is planning on implementing AI features. Given the track record of AI in other browsers leaking private information, bogging down connectivity, and generally being a nuisance towards users, I was wondering if there will be opt out features in future updates? Or know of forum threads that will update with tutorials on how to turn off AI features?

If not, does anyone on this forum have recommendations for no-ai browsers?

Browser data suddenly wiped???

so i was using my pc (and firefox) normally, when i then turned off the machine as usual. when i turned my pc on again and opened firefox, everything was gone, i wasn't … (funda kabanzi)

so i was using my pc (and firefox) normally, when i then turned off the machine as usual.

when i turned my pc on again and opened firefox, everything was gone, i wasn't signed in and all my bookmarks and several home url's were not there, you don't need me to tell you that's not normal.

of course, i followed the most logical course of actions, i signed into my firefox account (from which i am sending this ticket), and expected all my data to magically sync, which it didn't, so i then tried to sync in manually, looking for any backup file on my pc (i couldn't find any, though i can't say i know what one looks like so...)

hopefully this can be fixed because i had auto-sync on and it would be a bummer to lose everything and slowly rebuild my browser ui from the ground up

Websites do not stay "logged in" anymore

I hope someone can help me. It's really annoying having to log in to all the websites every day.
