I just updated to version 128 of Firefox. Previously I used this user.js file as my profile:

All worked fine. But now with this new version of Firefox if I use that profile I see a popup asking me for my Primary Password. I do not have a primary password. Why has Firefox started asking me for one? What can I change in my user.js file to stop this?

I had 5 accounts show up whenever I opened the email. In about the past 2 weeks 1 account stopped doing this. How can I get this account to do what it did and shoe up with the other 4 ???

How can I remove extensions? I'm blocked from Google with the same screen no matter what I do. It says search.funsafetabsearch.com thanks

ff = 128.03 os = win11 extensions = problem still there when all off

when i close the last tab ... firefox closes. [*sigh*] way back when [several years ago], i could close all the tabs quickly and still have FF open and ready to go to my next site.

how can i get FF to behave as i want? [*grin*]

I cannot find, from the Menu bar, Tools, Settings, General, scroll to bottom to Config Editor I have not been able to find this "Config Editor". I also did not find .css file in that I might be able to modify. I am not understanding why the option isn't present in the settings for Firefox!

Please add features so that the recently visited page during the Firefox shortcut does not apply to the shortcut list. I only want to see a fixed shortcut on the shortcut page Even the pages I recently visited have been added to the shortcut, so I have to remove them daily. It's so inconvenient.

When I upload my profile picture to Mozilla accounts, it renders correctly in the browser, but when I click submit, it changes to lots of lines that give me trypophobia. It is also wrong in the Firefox browser profile icon.

I would appreciate your support if anyone can give me any idea about how to solve this issue as I lost my parameters when restarting Firefox.

Every time that I restart Firefox (115.13.0esr 64-bit), I lose most of my personalized parameters: download recording directory, toolbar customization, etc.

As an example, every time that I restart it, a new download recording directory is again customized related to a folder that I deleted 10 years ago.

I understand that I am doing something wrong or something must be wrongly in my system. Have you ever managed this situation? Could you please be so kind to provide me any guide about how to solve this issue?

I received a notice when trying to download : We can't connect to server at downloadzip.wolfgangsvault.com . It was suggested that I check that Firefox has permission to access the web ( I might be connected but behind a firewall). Please help . Thanks!

I use firefox on mac as well as on my iphone. I am attempting to update the saved address and credit cards on my profile. Using the web browser, I can navigate to settings and see my saved passwords but there is no option to view or edit my saved addresses. The only result shown when I search for addresses is the sync option to change if I am syncing that across my devices but not to change or view it or my saved credit cards for that matter. I am currently on 128.0.3 on my computer. I also have tried to update the address and credit cards on my phone app where I am able to access the saved information and at least see it but there is no option to edit. Tapping or swiping on the addresses do nothing. Pressing and holding will highlight the addresses but nothing will happen. Please help me use this product. I have been on firefox for 10+ years and have enjoyed the offerings but am incredibly frustrated not being able to see or edit my information. Thank you

I live in a rural area without cable or DSL broadband. Our only options are Satellite or wireless. The wireless version is either cellular or over the air microwave. We chose the over the air version with a dish about 18"

in diameter.  My ISP's network enters the net somewhere west of Fort Worth.  I am about 100 miles away.  Is there a procedure to manually set my location so the store and restaurant locations are relevant to me?  Thanks for the help.

I have used Firefox before, and I want to confirm that what i could do in the past is now no longer possible. In the screenshot, you see in the "Home" section, you are able to pick what shows for your home page and new windows. Then you see What you can choose to happen on new tabs. I have set it to pull Google's home page. You used to be able to set the new tabs to whatever you wanted as well. However, you no longer can. Is this the way it is intended to work? If so, this should be rethought. No one wants to set their browser to open a new web page whenever they want to look something up, much less just in general to get to their home page. I understand and know that you can add the home button to the toolbar, but that creates an extra step.

Now if this was intended to be this way, where may I express my dissatisfaction with this option?
