I'm unable to watch videos on Crunchyroll. When I try to watch a video, the video becomes a static image of one frame. When I switch tabs and come back to the video, or hit refresh, it changes to the latest frame of the video but freezes once again. I have the latest version of Firefox and am using a Macbook. Per suggestions I have found online, I have tried disabling all my extensions, deleting my cache, deleting the Firefox folder in my ~/Library, making sure DRM content is enabled, and uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox altogether. Nothing works. Was hoping to switch over to Firefox since Google Chrome has banned ublock origin, but I keep running into these obnoxious video problems. The same issue also happens on Amazon Prime Video, but only when I press full screen.

When i use PIP in Debian 12 using desktop environment XFCE, I cannot move the PIP to another desktop using alt+space. The menu is greyed out.

this prevents me from moving the PIP to another screen. Is there a solution?

Hi everyone...

After I "upgraded" to Windows 11, Firefox suddenly quit working. After reinstalling, it worked again...however, I had to use the "about:profiles" command to restore the bookmarks I had. That worked fine. But after a series of cascading Microsoft 365 app failures, I decided to roll back to Windows 10. Yay! Everything worked again!

Except Firefox.

So, I reinstalled Firefox again. And once again, the bookmarks are missing...but this time, the "about:profiles" command isn't locating what I need.

Any suggestions?

I would like to use a custom new tab (flowtide) not just when opening a new tab, but when opening a new window. If anybody knows how to, or it's just not possible, please let me know.

Hi Team, I absolutely love the picture in picture functionality in firefox, but it has stopped working once I made a shift to just use the vertical tabs as one of the beta features. We apparently lost power sometime during the night. When I turned on the monitor and opened FF, I got the error message that it had crashed. As my subject line says, I lost all my tabs, the pinned ones (probably about 10) as well as the open ones (probably between 10 and 15). I also lost all my history. I can't use the 'Restore Previous Session' because it doesn't give me that option.

I've restarted Firefox and also rebooted my computer...still nothing happens. It's up to date, version 133.0. But I have no history beyond this morning. Is there any way I can recover those tabs or history?

And in my FF Settings, there's a link at the top that says "Your browser is being managed by your organization". I don't have or belong to an organization. When I click on the link it takes me to another page that says it's "Active" and there's a huge list of "Documentation" that apparently involves a lot of code. Can you please explain what all that means? Thanks so much for any help!

to get access to my bank account via Firefox the bank should send me an access code on my mobile. The page pops up on Firefox, I wait for the code but there is nothing coming onto my phone? I can access my bank via a different website so am wondering if there is a problem with Firefox. By the way, my mobile functions correctly and I receive calls.

Hello i used firefox from as long as i can remember i mean so long there was no acoubt as such always loved Firefox but its turned to crap, and i have to admite its due to WINDOWS shit bags, they force an update then it ether goes so slow wont allow restart at normal update, then same problem every single time it fails the firevox system so then have to re download firefox but it will only allow it if i access it through windows so they have all the data off firefox to windows, so i then have to recovery to windows and remove all data off it. then reinstall firefox again it works fine i just sign in to firefox seperate from windows then after a few months it starts again then try and use firefox again but yet asks me auto in stall from my data from firefox and to windows again then if i refuse to it crashes firefox every single time. GET YOURSELF SEPERATED FROM WINDOWS.... THEY ARE SCUM download the ap and log in to firefox simple as block windows from stealing my shit i love firefox fix it or im out ive been with firefox way over 20 years wow even over 30 years over i think....

Firefox will not load my default page (gmail inbox) when launched. It takes me instead to the google help page, specifically for cookies and cache clearing. My other installed browsers work fine with launching my google account and all its apps. Image upload below is of the page that pops up. The sign-in button does not work.

I have installed Custom Scrollbars by Wesley Branton which gives me wide vertical scrollbars with up/down arrows in Outlook email. This has started disappearing and reverting to default narrow bars without arrows, maybe I am accidentally clicking somewhere in the reading pane? To get the wide bars back I have to delete the Add-on, close the computer, then re-install the Add-on. Can anyone advise what is going on here and how I can get the wider bars/arrows to stay permanently.
