The latest firefox browser for windows desktop pc broke the ability to log in to at&t (also called yahoo) email. The email works fine on microsoft edge and chrome. It worked fine on firefox until the last update.

So Firefox automatically updated to version 136.0 and now Disney Hotstar (hotstar.com) website does not work. It shows the following error: "Something went wrong. Don't worry our best minds are on it. Please use the skip option if available or try again later." (see screenshot) There is no skip option.

I downgraded to version 135.0.1 and everything works fine. Hotstar website also works fine in other browsers. But soon the automatic update kicks in and with version 136.0 Disney Hotstar does not work at all.

Firefox version: 136.0 64-bit for Windows OS: Windows 11 24H2 Home Edition (build 26100.3194)

I am 81 years old, ad not a tech genius, but I can no longer access my memory photos that microsoft one drive sends me every day. It did work before, but now I get a blank screen. Microsoft help tried the edge system, and the pictures came up, but on firefox, I now get a blank screen. I do not want to change browsers

Not sure if this is the correct topic selection but nothing offered above really fits.

I tried to sign into my Allstate.com account today and kept getting error messages.

I called their tech department and they told me that Firefox has been notified a long time ago about this issue but has done nothing about it. I was told to use my email account instead of my user ID to get into my account via Firefox, but that if I do it that way, some functions still won't work on Firefox.

I was told that my Safari browser would work, and it does.

Not sure why Firefox refuses to fix this. This is crazy. I've also had problems signing in some other companies with Firefox recently where it used to work fine. It looks like they are just not keeping up with technology. I have the latest Firefox browser for my Macbook, but as companies update their sites, Firefox is staying behind. I prefer Firefox because of things like uBlock Origin, Enhancer for YouTube, and YouTube Watchmarker which I love, but I've had to use Safari more and more because of this issue.

Exactly how does one let Firefox tech know these things. They don't provide anyway to contact them which doesn't look good.

Hi, I've been a use of FF since it was Netscape (yes I'm old). And its always been my favorite above all. However, with the recent update (ver 136, either installed from a .tar downloaded or an app via apt install) it starts fine but no matter what URL I try to access the busy indicator spins but nothing ever happens. I've tried disabling all my extensions to no avail. I'm also searched for others experiencing this issue. All my other browsers seem to work well on all the same sites.

I'm kind of at a loss so if anyone has any suggestions/ideas please share?

saw a post that recommenced to installing K-Lite Codec Pack would help so that i could set 1440p on Twitch because the option is greyed out for me. after installing it, twitch gets hung up and never finishes loading. it loads in a private window, and on edge too. i turned off the few extensions i have but that didnt help either.

i uninstalled the codec pack but im still getting the issue.

if i hit F12 i see theres an error Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://assets.twitch.tv/assets/6411-9f5e77558af00b1acec0.js”.

Up to a few days ago I was able to see "View all memories" from One Drive in Firefox. Not anymore.

I am subscribed to One Drive. Every few days I get an email from One Drive with the past memories from the day of the email. I will open the emails and click on "View all memories" then it would take me to the One Drive and I would be able to see those pictures individually. For a few days now I have not been able to do this on Firefox anymore. The website goes to gray like it is trying to download the pictures but it gets stuck there.

This is happening both on my desktop with Windows 7 and my laptop with Window 11. Everything works in the Microsoft Edge browser. I can see all the images individually from that day.

I have communicated this problem to Microsoft One Drive and it seems to be a browser problem. Is there any way that this problem can be solved in the Firefox browser?

Hi, i cant make some actions in my account in browser game (battleknight) . After click on icon ,,mission,, , page is just refreshed and mision is not activated. Also in Highscore, when i hit some icon to sort players, the same issue always happen. It was OK all years long and game is OK on other browsers, this happened after todays actualization. Thanks for some help. (i tried to restart browser, clear cache)

My webmail is not loading. https://webmail.everyone.net/#/login It keeps spinning and never loads (so I can see the boxes to put in my u/p).

• I've deleted the cookies and cache but that doesn't solve the problem.
• I always keep current with FF updates.
• The problem is only on my computer. No problem on my husband's computer.
• No problem in Edge or Chrome.

What next?

There is supposed to be Windows 11 on this computer, but something is saying Windows 10 didn't support something the end of Oct. I was on the site I'm trying to reach yesterday and there was no problem.

Issue: A regression in Firefox version 142.0 (64-bit) breaks the display of the CAPTCHA widget on the login page for https://my8k.me/login

Evidence: The two attached images provide a clear comparison:

   Image 1 (Firefox 142.0): The CAPTCHA area is completely missing or fails to load, showing only a broken element or empty space.

   Image 2 (Other Browsers / Older Firefox): The CAPTCHA renders correctly and is fully functional, confirming the problem is isolated to the latest Firefox update.

Conclusion: This indicates a specific compatibility bug introduced in Firefox 142.0, rather than a general website or user configuration error.

I'm trying to access Tiermaker but it won't let me because it says it is insecure. On other browsers, however, I can access it fine without any warnings. I don't have any accounts on there or anything that could be at risk. How do I access Tiermaker?

For the last 10 days I'm facing problem to run google meet. Either I can't join or the app crashes right after joining the session. The app works fine on other browsers. Will appreciate your help.

When signing in to online Shaw Webmail, message says 'Security Check Failed. Clear your browser cache and retry'. Screenshot attached. Have done so in "Clear browsing and data history", (as per Firefox guidelines) multiple times, for all History and cache. Did not resolve issue. Contacted Shaw Support; they instructed to try logging in with Chrome browser. Worked fine. Issue appears to be strictly with Firefox Browser (on multiple devices). I prefer Firefox over Chrome. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Ive been told that firefox does not support https://web.minidisc.wiki/ (Web minidic pro) and only google chrome does. I hate google chrome. how difficult would it be for firefox to support usb devices like a minidisc recorder player. I guess its down to drivers or some form of plug in? Could firefox be made to support my minidisc or is it too much of a security/software performance issue? Cheers Mark

I've been using FireFox to login to nytimes.com for many years. Recently, the nytimes.com website hasn't been working properly. It works fine using Edge.

Symptoms are: (1) The zoom level at login and the zoom on going from page to page is very inconsistent. (2) Clicking the Account button does not open the account settings page. Instead it causes the screen background to become grey.

I restarted FireFox in troubleshooting mode, but this did not improve the behavior. I have a single extension (Adblock). Disabling Adblock on nytimes.com also did not improve things.

I have messenger loaded but with Firefox i can not video call when i want to call a friend or family. I have no way to call any one i do have a web cam. do i need to go to Chrome every time i want to call. Messenger has stopped desktop messenger that was how i could call but now i can not is there some way to Facebook video call on Firefox please let me know thanks I want to stay with Firefox why is there no way to get video calls on Facebook??

When I play YouTube videos in Firefox, the video stutters and drops frames, even when set to 480p. The audio continues to play normally. This issue does not happen in Chrome on the same laptop.

The problem started about a week ago. I’m using Firefox on Windows 11. Restarting Firefox did not resolve the issue. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.
