I discovered that I cannot sync with my google account protected from 2FA.

In detail:

1. Numbered list item showing something went wrong page when I am trying to login from (about:preferences#sync);
2. Numbered list item Login successful with another account not protected by 2FA

Note that:

1. Numbered list item cookie allowed;
2. Numbered list item using newest version;
3. Numbered list item protection set to standard;
4. Numbered list item tried to reinstall firefox

but none of them are successful.

I have also confirm that:

1. Numbered list item the account is able to sign in from other platform from mozilla(it's the account I'm using now)
2. Numbered list item there's no (significant) error logged from the F12 console

Hi I have my recovery key under the email and wish to reactivate the account. I can’t receive the two factor authentication email to be able to get to the place where I input the key. Thank.

How does one scan a QR code while using a PC? I thought I had set up Two-Step Auth a long time ago, then I realized I wasn't being asked for a code. After reading the instructions, I am very confused on How to SET UP the TWO-STEP authentication code.

Why do I need to use a 3rd party app to set up Two-Step?

Hi Folks, I can't seem to setup MFA via my Mozilla profile. I'm using the Google Auth App on my mobile. Have checked that time is synced correctly. Have tried setting up on my mobile and PC. Shall I try a different Authenticator App?

WHERE to key security code? What Page? Heading? NOTHING on any of those pages indicate "Key security code HERE." I GVE up! I have been round & round & canNOT get a response from the email that SHOULD give this information.

I'm having an issue in accessing a website & haven't before. There are 2 e-mail addresses associated w/my account since signing up for Mozilla. Just yesterday it changed after a download & now I'm getting 2-factor set up when accessing one website. Please advise if you have any ideas.

Mozilla - SICK TO DEATH - of a product that has poor or zero customer support. Now like FireFox. Been loyal to this Browser for many years and in return - zero customer support. trying to sign up for THIS crap "help" not from FireFox of course, but from "VOLUNTEERS" so NOT Mozilla/FireFox and they don't get paid to help the company?? "Signing Up" for this "help" group - typed in my email addy, chose a password, then received a "Code" to verify my email. Received ERROR message "Bad Request (400) from FireFox??? asked to be sent a NEW code - did that 3 times - receiving THE SAME EXACT BAD CODE 3 TIMES!! but oh, somehow I'm in to this "help" group anyway. How will I get in again?? or come back to check on answers WITH NO PASSWORD???

Anyone else have this type of deliberate Obstruction method of getting help?? This is NOT even the main issue I wanted to get help.

TWO STEP VERIFICATION AUTOMATICALLY FORCED ON ONE OF MY COMPUTERS

AND FIREFOX DOES NOT "REMEMBER" WHEN SIGNED IN EVEN THOUGH CHECKED AT SIGNIN

WHEN I VIEW MY SETTINGS,,,,TWO STEP COMES BACK AS DISABLED.....BUT THATS INACCURATE ?? HOW CAN I DISABLE THE FORCED TWOSTEM FEATURE ON THIS SINGLE COMPUTER ??

Hi, please assist. My old Gmail account that I used to login is no longer working when I try to reset password. I don't have a 2FA push code (must have deleted this); however, I tried one of the 2FA backup codes which I do have (ten digit) to sync and access my old account and reset the password, but it is not working. None of the codes are working. Please help me reset and gain access to the account. Can you help me reset the password, and disable 2FA so I can get back in?

For a while already (week or 2) i'm trying to activate 2FA on my account, but i always get the following error

"There was a problem enabling two-step authentication. Check that your device's clock is set to update automatically and start over."

I tried it on multiple laptops (all macbooks) with and without VPN and on an iPhone, but the error is the same everywhere.

The error shows in the final steps, after i downloaded and entered a security code. It brings me back to the account page with the error

I was trying to sign in to siriusxm.com. A box came up that said "Please insert your security key", with a diagram that looks like a flash drive. It said the request came from FireFox Mozilla Corp.

Is this one flashdrive key that will work for everything Firefox Mozilla Corp wants to guard, or it is something required by SiriusXM? I've never heard of it, but have seen it pop up for two or three things in the last week. I don't know how to satisfy the requirement. I looked though the topics on FireFox help page, and nothing mentions it that I can find.

I have tried 4-5 times today unsuccessfully to setup my Firefox browser on my new Mac laptop. Cannot seem to actually receive any emails from Firefox with the verification codes. Have checked my spam filters, no emails sent there. Nothing sent to other email folders. Made sure accounts@firefox is in my address book. Not forwarded to another email address. And have sent test emails to my account associated with my Firefox account. They come thru successfully. But nothing at all from Firefox. Is there an email problem today from the Firefox servers?

Good morning, I need to get off 2FA on my account Firefox kamilmian@gmail.com because by mistake I delete it in my phone and as I remember still have support phone in my configuration but 2FA blocks my option to login. Also I don't know where I have my codes, even after having acces to gmail account and phone. Please help.
