I'm using an iMac with OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. I am using Firefox 78.15. When I click on links, nothing happens. I have to right click and select "open link in new tab." I suspected it might be an out-of-date Add-On. So, I disabled all add-ons and restarted Firefox. It had no effect.

This problem is getting annoying Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

HI. Firefox seems to be logging me out of all my sites when I turn off my desktop. In some cases, it won't even let me access certain login screens. I've already followed instructions about resetting cookie/login/search history settings, etc, but it doesn't seem to fix the problem. Any ideas/advice?

Hello! I have Firefox, version 78.15.0 installed on my mac OSX 10.11.6. A few days ago I lost the ability to use messenger in FaceBook. I cannot send or receive messages from others. When I click on messages, nothing happens. This happened suddenly. Otherwise, Firefox works as normal on my older mac. Can you give me a hint as to what is causing this? I have been requested by e-mail to update my Firefox 78.15.Oesr (64 bits) before the end of March. Is this update compatible with my MacBookPro5,4 with IOS El Capitan 10.11.6? Please note that I cannot install a more recent IOS. Without updating my present Firefox, would I still have access to all my favorite folders and applications? Thanks for your help. On many, many, websites when logging in I am getting the above message. These sites work no issues but why is Firefox not recognized as a accepted browser. Firefox says… (funda kabanzi)

Firefox says I am using the current release, and is up to date?

All this sites are important log on, like BofA, OptumRx, etc.

I am using an iMac, Mac OS 10.11.6.

It is still a really good machine.

Hi there, Please see attached image of screenshots of searches on Firefox and Chrome. The Firefox search images are incomplete whereas the Chrome images are complete. This has only started happening on Firefox recently. Can you please help me resolve this issue. I have cleared the cache & cookies, restarted my macbook etc but nothing has worked. been spending the day updating passwords and i finally had to update my firefox account password, sadly i had lost the original password so i had to fully reset it. Idk if that contributed to the issue at all but ill mention it just in case this is a known problem. now im trying to sign back in and it just keeps getting stuck loading saying "working" some other things, I use waterfox as my laptop runs macOS 10.11.16, so I'm also worried that this is not a bug but a "feature" intended to push users to update their browsers. as i type this its been "working" on signing me in for about 5 minutes and i doubt its doing anything but spinning that wheel around for show. i was able to sign back in on my phone, any help?

The website said it could not automatically get my Share Data, and there was a button to a page telling me how to do it manually. Instead of opening a new tab, it left THIS page. When I went back, this text entry box was EMPTY !!!!

I didn't even realize you discontinued this security product. So it is synced across all my devices, and I want it GONE. I have old software on a Mac and it is embedded in my Firefox browser version 78.15.0esr (64-bit) I synced a phone and iPad. I updated to a new mac and then discovered Lockwise has been discontinued. Yes I was using it since '21 without knowing it was no longer supported.

I want it gone from everywhere. I manually screen-shot EVERY SINGLE PASSWORD, because I could see no way to export them all. I think that a password manager who has been discontinued for any reason really has an obligation to loudly inform users. Seems like a horrid security risk not to.

Bottom line: How do I delete all the data across the devices I so lovingly added the Mozilla family to? I'm really hoping it's not by going to each one and selecting REMOVE. PLEASE and thank you.
