When I last tried to buy with Google stored debit card from my bank the transaction was blocked by the presence of a four-month old phone number. I have updated several weeks ago to my current telephone number and address. Yet the new number is not there, instead the old number is not helping me.

When I go to taobao.com, the Chinese text on the product couldn't display normally. Some of the Chinese text are showing normally but some are not.

The layout of YouTube was different from before. In the past, after the YouTube video was over. The MAIN WINDOW within YouTube page would showed two rows of recommendations. Now there is only one row with great amount of black-out space at top and bottom. Any suggestion to tune it to the usual two rows?

There is supposed to be Windows 11 on this computer, but something is saying Windows 10 didn't support something the end of Oct. I was on the site I'm trying to reach yesterday and there was no problem.

This is a subtle problem. I used to be able to have pages listed in my search history. Now I can only have a search for that page listed. So I have to click on the search result in "Search Facebook" on desktop, click the search for the page in the search history and then click the page in the search results to get to the page. I don't have to do this for groups. Pages have a magnifying glass beside them which they never had before. When I click on any of these, I just get a list of results of searches for posts related to these pages, not the page itself. If I click a group, I go straight to the group with no list of posts. I logged out, cleared the cache and cookie but that didn't solve the issue.

RoBoform sent me a notification that my master password may have been compromised and advising me to change my master password. I did change my master password, and now RoBoform won't accept either my old or new master password, so the app becomes unusable. How can I fix this?

Hello, The bar at bottom of my home screen is missing. The whole bar is gone. This bar had the windows icon with start-up menu, Power, button etc. That bar also included date and time, and other features. Once, I clicked the bottom of the screen and it came up for one second, but disappeared. How can I retrieve it? Thank you for any help you can provide.

I moved some old folders to Trash but they won't delete. I've changed the retention policy, tried to delete individual emails, repaired the folders, restarted FireFox many times, but they're still in Trash. How can I permanently get rid of them? Thanks

I have set my account to "Don't delete any messages", because I frequently want to reread a deleted message in my Trash folder. However, when I go into my Trash folder to search for a deleted message, I am finding that messages older than a certain date have disappeared, although I've done nothing to permanently delete them. For example, today everything older than May 3 is gone. What can I do to prevent this?
