When i drag a tab to reorder it, it always just opens in a new window. I also can't move a tab back into another window with other tabs. I'm on linux mint running on wayland

I created an account on an old PC, in the account it is visible as kos-work-note, now I am on a new kos-ltop, and there is no data at all in the browser, why is that?

Seems I've noticed an issue with playing of YouTube videos the last few days. It seems that either the video(s) is slower to load and/or is slower to play. While it's not terribly slower in human time it's slower than normal in computer time. I'm not having this problem in Chrome. Cookies and cache are cleaned multiple times a day. So, I'm a little stumped as to why I'm having this issue. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks

WHEN I SIGN INTO MY OUTLOOK ACCOUNT, FIREFOX IS BLOCKING MY CONNECTION. IT WILL NOT CONNECT TO SECURESERVER.NET. I CANNOT ACCESS MY E-MAILS IN FIREFOX CURRENTLY. PLEASE HELP! ALL THE TECH PEOPLE SAID IT IS THE BROWSER????

I AM HAVING THE PROBLEM ON THE OTHER COMPUTER. I THINK THIS PC IS O.K.

For some months now when I click on a video that is on a news website, such as The Guardian or The BBC for example, the video screen goes black and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

W 11 May, 2025 update really made my computer unable to go online in any way and I had to restore. But FFox updates to have made it impossible to communicate. My phone has trouble s too. So, how do we make stick telephone permissions for, say: G Voice page https://voice.google.com/u/0/calls now? Thank you

When searching on the internet, after entering the search name and hitting enter. The search results are on a Yahoo search page. I can't find any malware, extension, add-on that is associated with Yahoo. I did see a log that was in red that was associated with a website I attempted to convert a png file to a ico file. However, after downloading the software it was for converting PDF's to images. so I uninstalled it. it was after that Yahoo showed up. That log in web history was associated with the software.

Firefox Containers > Manage Containers > Remove [container]; message (modal, I think it's called?) pops up to say I have a tab open and do I want to proceed? I to up to the container icon upper-right, search for [container], click to open that page, then CTRL+W to close it. Then I try to Remove [container] again; fails. That container is still in the list, and still popping up a note that a tab is open in that container (no, I closed it).

I really like the Containers feature, AND it could use some improvement.

Unrelated, I'm open to help with proofreading; feel free to ask, or point me to a git where I could contribute. I'm not happy about the apparent erosion of privacy in Firefox, but it sure beats Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc.

How do I change the time out to a longer time?

Firefox (current version:137.0.2 64-bit) does not allow drag from outlook on the web and drop on windows 11 file explorer. It shows a forbidden sign when i am dropping on file explorer.

How this problem can be solved?

Today was the second time in two weeks I have lost every open tab in Firefox. Previous to this, this problem has not occurred in at least 5 years. What is going on? To utilize data from multiple sites takes a long time to relocate sites and this is becoming unacceptable. Firefox updates are better than this. Thank you for your help.

When you right-click on a window thumbnail, a menu should appear, but instead the window thumbnail just disappears. The screenshots show 1) a Firefox mini-window 2) a mini-window that just disappeared when you right-click 3) a mini-window of any other program 4) the menu that appeared is as it should be Otherwise the browser works absolutely fine for a long time. But this problem causes a lot of inconvenience because I have 2 monitors.

When trying to do a search for a video in YouTube Studio, the search seems to freeze. Doing a similar search in Microsoft Edge works OK. This problem started happening several months ago. I've tried clearing the cache for YouTube pages.

i was trying to access shopify and its protect behind a firewall and it was asking if firefox as access to the internet or its being protect by the firewall how would i go about using this website if i don't know how to go about this

I just downloaded firefox for the first time because Chrome disabled uBlocker. I have added uBlocker and 1Password as extensions, but neither of them are working on any webpage at all. I also can't pin extentions. I have restarted firefox and my computer several times. What do I do?
