After updating FF to v. 136.0 in Linux Mint 22.04, I noticed a problem with video playback in Facebook in some posts. A black screen appears with the message "Sorry, there were problems playing this video". The problem also occurs after disabling all plugins and deleting the user.js file from the profile. The problem does not occur after starting firefox in troubleshoot mode, but then hardware acceleration using the GPU does not work (Compositing: WebRender (Software)). I recently upgraded FF on this computer and can no longer sign in to my att.net email account, although I was able to sign in on another computer on FF earlier today. I just get an error message and Att can't help...is there a setting that has me locked out? I can also access email on other browsers just not the FF version on this computer.

Hi, I've been using DuckDuckGo as a search engine for several years. Yesterday, I entered my search terms as usual, and all it showed me was a blank screen. Even searches that I did weeks ago simply come up blank. (see screenshot) When I searched in Google, it completed just fine. The same when I switched browsers (Chrome and Safari). This must be connected to a recent update either in Firefox or DuckDuckGo, but I can't seem to find information on how to fix it. Thanks for your help.

I'm not able to solve this issue.

Financial chart does not load it keeps buffering. The same is true for twitch but videos on youtube work fine.

I'm thankful if you could help me with this one.

For the past few days, I have not been able to use DuckDuckGo as my search engine of choice. Anything typed in for a search results in nothing happening -- there is no processing of the search query. Yet, when I change my search engine to Google, it works normally. I prefer to have the security offered by DuckDuckGo as my search engine and would request that Firefox explore and advise on this recent defect. Thank you.

For over a week now yahoo finance and weather network for example will not fully load. Partial load looks normal and then constant cycling without completion. I have not made any changes at my end.

Yesterday Firefox auto-updated to 136.0.2 and after that I started having bugs on some websites, like, inability to open Excel file through Microsoft Teams (partly loads page without data, experienced this bug on another website too), can't login to Outlook (it's saying that I need to enable JavaScript, through I didn't change anything and there wasn't such message before).

Unable to send any private messages...the site has difficulty loading and and will let me type statement but will not send It keeps posting unable to send message. Thank you!

When I try to use Publisher's Clearing House games on an ACER Chromebook 315 the screen locks up at "please rotate your device" it is a laptop so of course I am not going to rotate it!!

I use a dark background theme to reduce glare. Text usually appears white, as expected. Today, 12/13/24, the text is black. I am using version 133.0.3 (64-bit) Firefox Browser. I downloaded an update within the past few days, and while I have used the browser, I haven't typed anything onto a browser page until this morning.

Text and background appear normal with other applications.

I was wondering whether this has been reported or found previously.

I am continuing my search for other applications this my affect.
