I am unable to print after upgrade to ver 144.0 The print preview just spins. I can print these web pages using Edge. This same thing happens with new version of Thunderbird. Can't print email either. John Stark

Password box is not live. Works fine on Safari. Works fine on the other (older) computer on Firefox. Only site I am having problems with today. (Know there was a big problem yesterday. Only started 10/21. Running an M1 Mac Mini Firefox 144.0 (aarch64). Mac is running Sequoia 15.6.1.

What do I have to do to get it back up and running? I would rather not have to change the password if i don't have to.

For years I have clicked on the clear history, clear data and manage data on the settings page in privacy and security--directly after leaving every website, just to be sure...now nothing is happening when I click on them. FF is up to date and nothing is different (that I know of).

I have rebooted my computer and when Firefox is restarted all the bookmarks in the bookmark toolbar are gone. I have Firefox set to sync these bookmarks on all devices and am concerned if I just initiate a new sync then the bookmarks will be deleted from all other devices instead of reloading them all from the Mozilla server. How can I force a reload of all sync'd bookmarks from the Mozilla server to my Firefox on this computer?

I updated firefox through apt, and since then, have not been able to log into twitch I am on ubuntu 24

apt list --installed | grep firefox firefox/mozilla,now 144.0.2~build1 amd64 [installed]

Attempting to log in returns the generic "Your browser is not currently supported"

I noticed recently that my 'Add Shortcut' button has disappeared. I've been through other articles and they were of no help. I have 4 rows selected for shortcuts so theres no reason for it to be gone.

I attempted to put in an address of what I thought was a website today on mozilla. I soon found out that it was not available or a proper website.

Now I am getting alarming notices with heading Mozilla Firefox all via what looks like an Indian website, saying 1. Click to secure your 2. Trojan detected Fix it now. 3. Critical Error. Click here to remove them.

I have not clicked on any part apart from the x top right to remove the notifications. I can send photos of them

I have scanned with my Windows Security repeatedly and nothing.

PS. The messages are obstinate to remove and it takes effort to x them.

Bonjour, je ne peux plus me connecter à ma boite mail hotmail.com depuis la version 144.0.2 (64bits) de Firefox Je suis avec Windows 11 famille 64 bits - 24H2 et 25H2 (j'ai essayé avec les 2 versions) avec un compte local. Je choisis de me connecter avec un mot de passe et après avoir validé le mot de passe, j'arrive sur une page qui me dit d'utiliser un autre appareil ou une autre méthode de connexion. Je joins les fenêtres de connexion étape par étape Avec Google Chrome (que je ne veux pas utiliser), je me connecte sans problème à ma boite mail avec les même étapes décrites ci-dessus. Pouvez-vous m'apporter une solution ? Merci, Marc T.

Laptop running Windows 10 pro. Firefox 144. Is there a method for sorting firefox bookmarks into alphabetical order (yet)? I see from questions asked years ago that Firefox hasn't had a way to sort all bookmarks into alphabetical order in one go. Is this still the case? It seems hard to believe that the only way to do this is to sort each folder individually. I noticed that I can do this (and have done) on Android, but not on the laptop.

Can Firefox do anything to recover all of the downloads I'd saved until I accidentally had CCleaner erase everything? I don't know what else was deleted, but getting them back would be a big help.

Problem: Cannot clear history from Firefix Started with Menu and clear recent history. Looked everyplace there was information about history. Tried removing individual entries. Ran Malwarebytes. Dell XPS 8960 with Windows 11 less than one year old. No response with any steps I take. Also, there are no error messages. I am unable to clear history no matter which tools I use. No error messages. All the suggestions I tried had no effect. Used Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox.

Oddly, I tried my older Dell Inspiron 3650, with Windows 10, and clear history works like it should. 

Used Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox. So far, all the advice goes down the same path; history, clean recent history, manage history, etc.. Tried refreshing and today I deleted Firefox app and reloaded. No improvement. When I try to open a pdf on a certain site I get the pdf, but there is an overlay of a pencil editing a ghost document. How can i get rid of this overlay? I've tried everything.

I've switch to a new computer and exported and imported my book marks, in json file. I can see them in the library, but I don't know how to get them to display on my sidebar. Help? thanks brian

Hello, I just purchased a new desktop computer. I have passwords and bookmarks that I would like to move over to the new computer. Can this be done or do I have to manually move each item. It would be so much easier to recapture all. Thanks for you help.

I am trying to set up a profile however when I click the account icon the profiles menu item does not show up like it says on the manage firefox profiles guide. I am updated to latest firefox version.
