A message comes up instead of the crossword puzzle app, telling me I need a plug in to access the app contents. It doesn't however tell me WHICH plug in. Can you tell me how I can find out an apps requirements?

Sometimes text I type into Firefox gets garbled and results in random letters, numbers and characters instead of what I typed. Text shown on websites looks okay, but the text I type into my browser is garbled into random nonsense. What can I do to correct this problem? Under the View option in the Menu bar, Text encoding is greyed out.

Firefox has become unuseable for me It blocks almost every website ithout fail and refuses to allow any security exceptions. Did google bing and yahoo all have their certs expire at the same time? No fix on here has worked so far.

Firefox doesn't start in any mode, may be because of plugin installation but this was yesterday. Can reinstall but would prefer to preserve bookmark and saved accounts. Update didn't make any difference. Example: bp-5e1bb201-d8ec-459a-8ebf-0c7bf2170110

Everytime that I click on the icon to open it, nothing happens. Ive tried doing to upgrade thing and it says that I have to close firefox before I can complete the upgrade but I cant open it so I dont know what to do. It shows it as open in my task manager also. I then uninstalled it and reinstalled it and I am still having the same problems with it not opening. Help!!

Suddenly I can't run Firefox on my Windows 10. It's always appear Mozilla Crash Report in start and not open firefox.

I was try unistall and reinstall the new one but Its happen same. I was try to run in safe mode, still happen same. Please help me.

UPDATES ARE TOO FREQUENT!! TOO FREQUENT!! TOO FREQUENT!! I can't get any work done because every time I turn around Firefox has to STOP WHAT I'M DOING and GET MORE UPDATES. CUT IT OUT.

When I click the Firefox icon I get a "The item 'Firefox.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved" error message. When I look in the Mozilla programs file folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox) it's gone, and running a registry scan with CCleaner brings up application path issues.

Why is this happening? I already had to reinstall Firefox once to overcome this issue, but if it keeps happening I might as well use another browser. Any help would be appreciated.

Malwarebytes quarantined some viruses but could not delete from their site and asked me to try with their instructions: I could not do it so I uninstalled Firefox. When I tried to reinstall Malwarebytes Blocked the install. When I try to install a pop up states we see you had fire fox before we will reload for you. No other options. It fails

A picture showed up on my computer and asked if I like it, (as background or screensaver) I know better than to click on things like that, but I thought I would have a chance to delete it. I said yes I like it, and now it is always there when I come back to my computer. I have to click on it and sign in, (never had to sign in before) I can't find any way to get rid of it.

I upgraded Windows 10 and suddenly firefox stopped launching. I deleted Firefox and reinstalled it after rebooting, and it still will not launch. I am using AVG Free as my antivirus, not avast which I have heard can cause problems with firefox.

I have a surface pro 4 with latest windows 10 and office 365. I try to download and when I disable windows firewall the I can get an extraction bar but after that it disappears and I can't find it anywhere and am not sure it is fully extracting.

I am just trying to down load it. I checked my virus software and it is turned off for web security.

I am also signed in as administrator.

Following a reboot there is no text showing on any firefox website this evening 6/23-24/16 I cannot even see what rev I am running; have to use another browser to send this report. Cannot see anything. No typing input shows either. W10, no problems, plenty of power.
