Tell me why they're trying to do this? I'm confused how. Firefox starts about 30 seonds later(Im viewing thru windows 10 filemanager) and stops google. I do not let google or edge start on boot. This only happens from wake after sleep. I believe only 5 or 6 days has this been happening. Any ideas?

I am using the Firefox AI Chatbot in the sidebar and facing an issue with the text input behavior. Currently, pressing Enter immediately sends the message instead of creating a new line. This makes it difficult to format or write longer messages. It would be very helpful to have an option to change this behavior—so that pressing Enter adds a new line, while something like Shift+Enter (or a setting toggle) could be used to send. Many chat apps and AI tools provide this flexibility, and adding it to the Firefox sidebar would make the experience much more user-friendly.

I looked for a way to remove apple maps from being the default Map when I search using Firefox on windows 10. Its not helpful since half of the info isnt listed and I would like google maps instead like it had always been.

Approximately 2 years back, for a short period of time, FireFox let you choose an audio output device in video conferencing web apps, through the web app directly.

This seems to be gone now, but I'd like to turn the feature back on.

It's very problematic to have to change your default audio device for video calls, as your computers sound effects and whatnot will also play in your headset as well, where as before, all you got was the audio from the video call in your headset.

Is there a way to turn this on again? Owl Practice (one of the VC web apps I use) still shows the different output devices, but regardless of which one you pick, it always comes out the default device. For a while this feature actually worked, but now it doesn't.

Is there a setting I can change? Maybe in about:config?

I HAVE FINISHED SET-UP BUT I AM STILL BEING PROMPTED TO FINISH, WHY FIREFOX IS MY DEFUALT BROWSER IHAVE IMPORTEDTED SETTINGS AND MY SYNC IS COMPLETE UNDER MY PROFILE

Seit dem letzten update kann ist das application menu in english(usa) nicht mehr in deutsch. Ich habe versucht das Sprachpaket in deutsch zu installieren, ohne Erfolg. Auch sind meine Add ons verschwunden. Ärgerlich. Will Firefox, dass ich zu einem anderen Browser wechsel? Ich glaube nicht.

I need to enable Javascript. This problem began with the latest update 152.02. Last Pass needs it. So does ID me. I have tried about:config and javascript.enabled (true). Apparently it is not so. The computer is an HP Pro 3500 series MP Windows 10. I hope someone can help. Thanks.

The city that comes up on the 'weather' icon is wrong. I try to change it by following the instructions, but there is no drop down menu after I put in the correct zip code. There is no movement at all if I hit Enter or any other key. Please advise.

My screenshot scissors tool has disappeared from the toolbar. I looked in "Customise Toolbar" and "Edit controls" is the only related toolbar that's there. Has the scissors tool been replaced by this?

The old version of Firefox prior to July 26, 2025 opened multiple browsing tabs. These tabs looked like the ones from my toolbar.

When I uninstalled Firefox after July26, 2025 and reinstalled it I opened and still all of the tabs would open again.

I tried to delete the history and still the tabs opened. I refreshed and reset and still the tabs opened.

I do not want to lose saved history or have to delete multiple tabs every time I open the browser.
