So, I recently discovered that many passwords that I've used before have leaked online, and I've been changing passwords and deleting old accounts for days now.

I've used Firefox for many years back in the day, but I can't log in my old account because it seems my old email has been replaced by another one, and my email is now the secondary email for that account.

So every time I try to log in, I just get a message "needs main email address", which I, unfortunately, don't remember. I tried all addresses I have, but none of them worked.

I need help to either get access to my old account or at least delete it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I can share the email address I'm speaking of upon request.

I have an email which is associated with my firefox account, but I cant make a new account with the same email.

Is it possible to remove that email from my account so I can make a new one?

Hi, I've had a Firefox account taken over and removed as primary account holder. Can't seem to find anywhere to report this issue to Mozilla. Had to set up another account to ask this question. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Graeme

I was using Firefox as my default browser and had data like bookmarks, add-ons for everyday use, etc. but after I reinstalled windows and installed Firefox again I forgot which email was link to my data as I had multiple emails logged in. Now I have tried 2-3 emails which didn't work in bringing my data back and I don't remember the password of my other emails, I can recover them by forgot password but I it says resetting password will clear history bookmarks, etc.| I can afford to loose history and saved passwords but is there a way I can get Firefox back to my configuration and add-ons, etc I was using previously?

PS: I do have windows.old file after windows installation-If it could help./

My Firefox account is tied to an old email address which I had taken off my Gsuite list of emails. I have now reactivated that email. But I could not log in since my account was locked. I will change the email for the account once I am able to log back in.

The email I am currently using to log in is a valid email. It simply was turned off the first two times I tried to log in.

What can I do to get the lock removed to log in?

So I had Firefox on this device previously and had all my passwords saved in it, but had some issues with my pc and had to factory reset it, and didn't have access to any of those accounts, so now I am locked out of my discord account and roblox account.

I have a duplicate Firefox account that I would like to close.

I forgot the password for this account, and when I go to https://accounts.firefox.com/reset_password to reset it, I enter my email address for the account I'd like to log into and it fails every time with the message "Primary account email required for reset".

The API response includes the error message "Reset password with this email type is not currently supported".

My account email address ends in @hey.com. Is this domain not allowed for password resets?

I'm trying to sign-in to my Firefox account, but it won't let me as I'm still signed-in on another device. The other device is my old SSD which failed and can't access anymore. How do I sign-out of the old SSD so I can get access to my Firefox account on my new SSD?

I am unable to add a 2nd email address and/or change my primary email address as my email provider host disabled all old accounts in November and created new address details for all users.

As a result, I am unable to access the verification code that is required.

My old email address was: ... @asme.org

My new email address is: ... @asme-member.org

My cell phone is: ... is a text verification is an option.

I am setting up new devices and trying to sync my account across them. When I try to login I get a message saying it sent a verification code to my email address but I don't receive it. I try everything the support page says to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Email address is ... @charter.net. Thans Dave

When wanting to add an system to sync my settings, the send verification code received is delayed in transit and expired before i get it. That is due to greylisting on the emailserver.

received email properties : X-Greylist: delayed 1196 seconds by postgrey

Trying to add an 2nd email (corporate) email address to circumvent this problem... I have to use enter another verification code that expires in 5 minutes. and you guessed it, that is send to the first emailaddress.

how to cirumvent this verification code expiration ?

My ISP deleted the email address that was used as the primary email on my Firefox account. This happened unexpectedly and I was unable to get it reactivated. As such, I cannot make any changes to my Firefox account, because everything requires an email code. I read on other forums that changing the primary email is impossible without access to the current email. So I tried to delete my account altogether and create a new one. But I can't do that either. It's unacceptable to have my account just floating in limbo. It needs to be updated with correct information, or it needs to be deleted. How can I correct this problem?

Hi, I have a problem retrieving my Firefox account I entered my Gmail and password > But Mozilla gives the message Incorrect password, I repeated this several times but did not log in to my account . The password is correct and I log in to Gmail but it does not log in to my Mozilla Firefox account
