Hello I have 5 machines connected to Firefox tabs. However I can see only tabs of 2 of them in the Sync Tabs tools. I can see the machines in Sync configuration tool. Why and how to display the tabs of all the machines? Thanks

Hi, Had to wipe my laptop and had a copy of me email, password and backup codes for Firefox and it would not accept them. So I have tried to log into the account and when it does not accept the password, I get the email message sent or resent message and nothing.

Not in inbox, junk mail and looked directly via web email. Does not even say account is locked or email rejected. Just stuck.

I have had to create a new account just to be able to ask the question. That verification email came through in seconds.

This is a complete pain as I have literally hundreds of bookmarks/passwords, many I use on a daily basis.

(Unfortunately, this was also the only system I had logged into the account on. Not on phone, tablet or anything else)

Hope there is a simple solution. :'(

I have FF on Linux laptop and connected to my FF account to sync. All works fine. However after closing down laptop, restarting, open FF I do not auto reconnect to FF account and sync. What settings do I need so that I auto sync when opening FF? I DO NOT want FF to save site passwords i.e. BBC, TED, etc.

Not sure if part of this posted as had an internet issue previously that took some time to resolve.

I have been with firefox for about 6 years and 4 computers. I have never used firefox sync yet everytime before this, my computer has never required me to "sync" to get all my old account details. Please tell me there is a way to restore these without access to the old computer. Its a literal brick now with no possible way to access it.

I run Firefox standard (84.0.2) on my windows laptop (v10) and try to synchronize with my Mac desktop - OS X Version 10.11.6 with Firefox esr version 78.6.1. It worked in the past and I am not sure when the synch stopped. I have tried to look at the log in about:sync-log but am at loss to understand what all the code means. It does contain a lot of DEBUG ... Thanks for any suggestions!

Hi, My other Windows tablet had problems and I had to reinstall Windows and therefore Firefox. I lost all of my add ons and speed dial tabs etc and want to sync with other devices, but on that tablet when I click 'Sign in or Register' I'm taken to a 'Create account' page. When I put in my email address, I'd expect it to say there's already an account with that email address, but it doesn't. Then, when I put in my current password, the first bar takes the password without problem, but when I fill in the 'Repeat password' bar, the first two characters are entered but the rest of the password jumps to the first bar!

This already the second installation of Firefox as the first version didn't work and the Firefox page in Explorer said something had gone wrong and gave another download link...

Do you have any ideas? This is taking a crazy amount of time, just going around in circles...

Cannot sync my bookmarks, logins, extensions in Firefox 84.0.2. Same thing with Ubuntu 20.04 and now Linux Mint latest stable version.

Is there any way to bookmark all synced tabs? I'm trying to move my open tabs from my phone to my pc.

I know you can right click a single synced tab and "Bookmark this tab". But I would like to do it for all open tabs.

I know you can "Open all in tabs", but that is an awful solution due to lag and potential redirects.

I have Firefox in multiple devices. All works except my iMac. Everytime I clean it up. Once I log in on the same mail of the others firefox lockwise wont import the credentials and passwords from the other devices on the same email. I wrote this problem more than once. What is this support if nobody answers related to the problem.

No I have no main password on the firefox yes all the credential options are properly setted that this firefox have to import the other passwords from the device.

Anybody there able to give simple instructions no geek expressions step by step guide AND RELATED to my problem not other things?

I have downloaded Authy for desktop and it generated a 6 digit code for me - but when I try and set up 2SA in Firefox - Enable - I enter it into the "security Code" box and it just comes up with red text line saying "Two-step authentication code required". This is super annoying. Apologies in advance. Brand New computer. Do not have access to old desktop presently. Did not export. Not an ideal situation. Downloaded & signed into my FireFox account & can not find my former computers' Bookmarks. Anywhere. Everything else (add-ons) loaded fine & am able to continue but for some reason FF erased everything. I've spent 4 hours reading through countless suggestions to no avail. Why a major company like this doesn't have 24 hour support is beyond me. Ha.

If anyone can help me locate yesterdays (literally) Bookmarks & everything else I'm missing from my FF profile, I would be grateful. Sounds like this is an ongoing issue. Been running FF since 2016. They have to exist somewhere.

How can I backup my Top Sites customized (pin sites + personalized pictures) ?

I spent too much time on this customizing, and I don't know how many time I had to redo it after it got all removed/ messed up by I guess Firefox Sync ?

I would like my computer to be the primary instance, and that NONE of the other instance could make any change on the primary. Currently I have no idea how it really works, I think that every time I add a device on my sync "family" it mess up my computer Firefox instead of syncing my settings on the new device.

I was got an account used from mine device .After I go fix, I was downloaded & sync again firefox. But when i load sync, its load abit... I wait & wait but its not load the 75% of my data.I just keep waiting until I ask this question. Help...
