My search bar is taking up the entire screen when I try to interact with it. When I go to search stuff, then it returns to the normal style. Then, when I try to interact with the page I'm on, it absorbs the screen.

Hello, Why is there no option to remove this anywhere? I checked in the normal settings too. I both browsed and searched for it.

This looks so stupid and distracting.

I would like to use a custom new tab (flowtide) not just when opening a new tab, but when opening a new window. If anybody knows how to, or it's just not possible, please let me know.

Hi Team, I absolutely love the picture in picture functionality in firefox, but it has stopped working once I made a shift to just use the vertical tabs as one of the beta features. Why oh why is there a necessity for this stupid new sidebar? Every time there is something new, it just takes ages to find a way of getting rid of it. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!! martyngs

I have installed Custom Scrollbars by Wesley Branton which gives me wide vertical scrollbars with up/down arrows in Outlook email. This has started disappearing and reverting to default narrow bars without arrows, maybe I am accidentally clicking somewhere in the reading pane? To get the wide bars back I have to delete the Add-on, close the computer, then re-install the Add-on. Can anyone advise what is going on here and how I can get the wider bars/arrows to stay permanently.

Some of the firefox built-in search engines have several comma-separated associated shortcut keywords in Settings/Search/Search shortcuts, e. g.

• @duckduckgo, @ddg for DuckDuckGo

But if I type in several comma-separated shortcuts for any other search engine, none of them will work as expected in the address line. What is the correct way to assign several keywords for the same search engine, like it is already assigned for some default engines?

Why is "recently bookmarked" in the menu? I have my bookmarks in folders if I need them and don't need that cluttering my screen. Like who doesn't just leave the tab open if they're going use the page soon enough "Recently bookmarked" is needed?

I cannot pin the extension to the toolbar. The extension is not shown in the puzzle icon dropdown, and it is not in the overflow. Please add an automatic pin to the toolbar when a new extension is added! How do I pin it now?

I have a Linux PC where, when I right-click, I see shortcut letters in the context menu (the one that appears when you right-click). So, if I want to inspect an element, I right-click on it and press Q, and the inspector opens right away. This saves me time from navigating through the menu. However, on my other MacOS PC with Firefox, it doesn't do the same. I've searched for solutions but haven't found any.

My son's email messages are being blocked. As far as I know he is the only one. Also, when I try to open a site from the email function, it just keeps searching... This appeared about two weeks ago. I searched for "Blocked Email" and only one has been blocked; a conspicuous spam.

Although listed as one of the options for default language, the current version of Firefox, which is my default browser, does not accept Brazilian Portuguese as the default language. It only accepts the Portuguese version, from Portugal which, to me, who speak Brazilian Portuguese, with all due respect, is a pain in the butt. I have tried, dozens of times, to delete the Portuguese version and set the Brazilian version as the default language. It works until I shut down the computer. The next time I turn on the computer, to my eternal dismay, Firefox cancels my previous language setting and reverts itself to the damn Portuguese version, which I dislike to the extreme.So I am, hereby, taking the issue to you with high hopes that this abdomally be straightened out once and forever. How do I remove or permanently hide the sidebar? It is currently taking up too much of my screen space and I can already access my bookmarks without needing them to be accessible on the side. Please make a user friendly version that allows people to easily remove the sidebar. Customizing so that it still stays there is not helping.
