86.0 - Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical 1
Not sure when it started being a problem, it could have been a recent upgrade or an older one.
Firefox won't print anymore.
It sends the page to the printer (Dell 1355cnw) but it sends the wrong page size info.
The printer asks for paper - Custom 0x0mm - to continue printing - which I obviously can't supply.
I have checked that I've selected the correct page size (A4) and orientation (Portrait) in Firefox, but even though A4 is selected it still turns up as - custom 0x0mm - at the printer.
I have used both the new inbuilt printer dialogue and the system dialogue (Elementary OS).
about:support - lists the paper size as
print_paper_id iso_a4_210x297mm
print_paper_height 11.6945
print_paper_width 8.26378
but the printer is obviously not getting that information correctly
I've tried "Reset Firefox printer settings" - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-printing-problems-firefox
Still no luck
I can print from all other programs.
Printing to file "save to PDF" and then printing the resulting pdf is my work around at the moment but I'd rather have it working properly, and printing directly from Firefox
