Since I have installed a new PC & downloaded Firefox it won't allow me to log into secure sites such as the FA and RAC. As these are reputable sites I don't understand why I can't access them. This problem has only started since the new download. What has happened to Firefox? I am having to resort to Internet Explorer or using my laptop!

I get the Firefox message:""Well this is embarrassing". I have used Firefox for at least 1.5 years and have not had this happen so often. I have no tabs open when I start my PC, but Firefox opens with att.net normally. How can I eliminate this issue?

I've read, reread, printed out, perused ad infinitum the Mozilla article concerning the content of the above-mentioned, all to no avail. To state that the control over website "permissions" is a frustration, heartache, and dismal failure for the end user, is an understatement!

Adobe Flash Player (v.21.0.0.197) crashes continuously! Firefox (v.45.0.1) crashes continuously! Shockwave Player application crashes also. My online experience has become intolerable and, because the predominate use of my PC is used online, this misery is of paramount importance that relief be sought and applied ASAP! This issue has gone on long enough, for over a year plus! HELP!

The article explaining all related is of no value whatsoever. One cannot permanently set options; once a website is given permission, a function should be available to make it permanent! I the entire program is a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(GASP . . . H-E-L-P???
