attempted to fix using lower right date, but all of the variations are day, month, year in English and Russian. Since my original PC over twenty years ago date has been month, day, year. How do I get back there??

Whenever I go to StumbleUpon, the pages render and then go blank. I can use any other browser (IE, Chrome) and the pages work just fine.

I have Firefox on my MacBook and it works fine for some time. I downloaded Firefox for my desktop iMac, but cannot get to my email. I've reset my password several times and still can not get to my email account on my desktop iMac. I've gone round in circles without success. What should I be doing?

I think the problem started when upgrading to latest OS X El Capitan. I don't have the same problem in Safari so it is a Friefox related problem. I also tried to open Firefox without extensions, but with no help.

So when I watch a Youtube clip och similar and push to stop button or close the tab while playing the clip, the sound starts to loop.

No one else have been able to help me, so I'd be very glad if someone could at least hint me in the right direction.

Fonts used on some pages become symbols, random letters and punctuation marks. (Ex: Yahoo.com)

When cut and past into another program they are readable.

Have tried refreshing Have removed and reinstalled Firefox

No problem with IE or Chrome

I can't open the Firefox app on my PC running Windows 7. I get the Mozilla Crash Reporter that states Firefox had a problem and crashed. I uninstalled Firefox, and reinstalled it, but still have the same problem.

I have updated to windows 10, all went well, however, yesterday I have to reinstall Firefox as my default browser, on completion I have found that I have an app called outsurfing attached, How do I remove this without having to uninstall your programme.

My browser.newtab.url is still set properly and browser.newtabpage.enabled is still set to true. It's as though these settings are being ignored. All of this has happened since my last update of FireFox earlier this week. All of the software is at the latest level.

When I launch various apps from Firefox (such as Huffington Post, Yahoo etc.) I select a headline or summary which is designed to launch the underlying story or other such item, it flickers the highlighting on and off, but nothing happens. I have adblock plus and pop-up controller installed, but disabling them just results in all kinds of unwanted malware. Any help appreciated...

Hello! I've been using my Windows 7 Desktop with everything installed to its newest version. It runs smooth and opens applications much better then last time I used it. But I attempted to watch a YouTube video in 720p or 1080p HD, the video stops while the audio continues. I have updated all my necessary plugins for it, took the Google Video Quality Test, and many more. It said my PC was fast enough to watch high quality high-definition videos, but when I watch a video, it will work smooth in a cruddy resolution (480p or lower). My Internet hookup is wireless and can not be changed to a wired connection because of how my wire does not reach my router. My wireless Internet USB shows all bars visible and works with everything else! I would love an answer as soon as possible, thanks!

Firefox always crashes after logging onto Facebook. I have tried a fresh restart, disabling plug-ins/add-ons, and being on safe mode; all attempts have resulted in crashes. Firefox 41.0.1 Crash Report [@ libc++.1.dylib@0x2121 ]

Here is my issue, for the past week, I've noticed that firefox is now suggesting bookmarks for search, using google as my default search engine, (bing is what I use) and not saving any of the preferences Ive changed. I tried refreshing firefox, uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting the preferences.js file so it creates a new one, making sure user/preferences.js files are not read only, etc etc the whole lot of it. But STILL it defaults to the mozilla google search homepage, uses google in my search bar, and wont save any of the preferences. The only addons Ive installed (aside from kaspersky by virtue of having the AV installed) are no script and ghostery. I have NEVER had these issues before. please help!
