How can I stop an automatic update? I am in Hong Kong. The Inland Revenue Department website will not work for me if my Firefox browser is later than 37. I want to temporarily keep 37 as my browser so that I can enter the tax department to pick up a message. How can I do that without it automatically updating to 39, which will not help me?

I have a Windows 8.x laptop with a touchscreen display and wanted to know if there is a version of Firefox available with customized layout to utilize this feature. Currently everything in the current version of Firefox (Beta 39.0) is designed to use a mouse. Alternatively is there a layout utility tool available that one could design their own. Using the customize controls works well in a mouse driven environment but there buttons are too small when trying to use in a touchscreen environment. (unless you get your 6 yr and use his fingers. Lol) Just need to mimic the iPad layout and all will be good. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

I have tried all of the troubleshooting tips on the help pages and nothing is speeding up Firefox 39. I have adequate RAM and my graphics drivers are up to date. I have tried disabling hardware acceleration, etc. and nothing has helped.

I can't open any of the messages that appear in Outlook. new messages load up but can't open or take any actions. Outlook working fine when I switch to Internet Explorer. also how can I avoid getting Beta versions of Firefox installed.

When I try to access the https site for MyMU (it is a student services website for my Alma Mater, Marshall University) at https://mymu.marshall.edu/group/mycampus/home, I receive a "Secure Connection Failed" error with the following message: "An error occurred during a connection to mymu.marshall.edu. SSL received a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman key in Server Key Exchange handshake message. (Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_ephemeral_dh_key)." I am asking about this here because I already tried every possible solution given at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/secure-connection-failed-error-message, as well as several other solutions in the Mozilla forums and such, to no avail. What the heck is going on, and how can I fix it?

I can still access the https://mymu domain in Chrome, by the way. And this problem only seems to be happening after I updated to VERSION TWO OF THE FIREFOX 39.0 BETA (I should mention, I use the beta release because I want my browser to be 64-bit).

I've followed any information I could find for trouble shooting Flash. This includes doing an un-install and a cold install of the most recent version of Flash. No video site will work. Any site that even has a video will not run the video; Includes Twitter vine and imbedded links . I'm stumped. I really don't know much and I always stop by FF online support first. I always follow any advice given there and most of the time I'm a happy camper. Doesn't take much to make me happy. Right now I'm unhappy. Any ideas would be appreciated. AND, is there a stable version of FF available? Some how I ended up getting beta updates, I assume they're a nightly release, and there seems to be some issue most of the time. Usually minor, but just enough to make me chronically aware of the updates. I restart Win7x64 at least every 24 hours due to my video work, and frequently restart FF.

WHY CAN'T I USE CTRL+C ON FIREFOX?? ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING

every time I wanna copy something I should click right then press copy.. is there any solution?? help me please.

My youtube is currently using HTML5 player. But only audio is playing, no video. I don't see any missing plugin warning or any error. How can i solve the problem? Thanks in advance for your help!

My computer is crashing many many times during the day. i have google to fix this problem and gone back to the default clean slat e of MOz Firefox. Nothing. I downloaded Chrome and had no problem until i went back on Firefox. Spent the morning getting Firefox off my computer. I have submitted a number of crash reports and then stopped that. Not sure what to do now. i have tried to take PDFlite off the computer...it won't do it. thanks so much for all your help..very appreciated. sincerely, Kate Van Rijn

I only get sound but no picture or image on YouTube-what to do? I am now using "Chrome" browser whenever I want to visit YouTube, I do not wish to use 2 browsers and I wish to stay with Firefox only. I have tried many solutions without any success. Help!!!!

I use this site for work every day. Last night it stopped letting me access the page. I have no idea what changed. Our terminal is used by staff everyday and I can't get paid without it. I tried all the basic fixes covered by the help/troubleshooting pages. I have cleared cache and cookies/history, I have added the page as an exception made it my home page, I have gone into the trouble shooting info and deleted the little dll file as suggested and rebooted firefox...nothing is working PLEASE HELP

I've been troubleshooting this for hours. Netflix no longer plays audio. It tells me that firefox does not support the DRM software. I thought the whole point of the recent update was to make firefox work with drm. Other browsers work fine, only firefox has the problem. Silverlight is up to date. I have tried disabling drm content in setings/content but I see no change. help please.

i just copied the question dont read it cause its the same ...Is there a 64bit firefox?? And in the ftp server of mozila what firefox should i download? There i a folder name win64 in every version is it 64bit?
