Hi, I'm having difficulty getting tabs to open as I prefer.

I have browser.tabs.insertAfterCurrent set to true.

When I right click on a link and select Open Link in New Tab, it does open the new tab next to the current one. However, if I then repeat to open another new tab, this appears to the right of the first one, rather than right next to the current tab.

So, if I open a series of tabs, they appear 1 2 3 4 5 next to current. I would like them to appear 5 4 3 2 1.

Is there another setting that is interfering? I wondered if the tab groups settings are making a difference?

I have always used Firefox for everything. Suddenly it quit uploading photos to eBay correctly. I am now using Brave to upload photos and Firefox to do everything else. Is this a known problem? Are there any fixes? TIA

Multiple profiles are for different behaviour on the same, say Linux device, with different settings How does this interact with syncing? E.g., I want different settings, but the tabs should be synced?

Another site that I can only view in Chrome. I'm not saying this happens every day, but still more often than it should. This is in about:support/troubleshooting mode. Won't get beyond what you see. Loads right up in Chrome.

I am having trouble sharing windows (presenting) with Google Meet. I used tot be able to share tabs, windows, or my whole screen, but now I can only share my whole screen.

The browser is set up to display AccuWeather forecast based on location. Up to date it displayed forecast correctly. But today it displays Frankfurk-am-Main. When I try to change location, it only searches among german cities. Any help will be appreciated. Here are some screenshots that show listing german cities and no vpn and my exact location.

Is it possible to make a donation to Mozilla without providing so much personal information? I got a message on Firefox today asking for a donation, but when I tried to do that, I was asked for my home address. It's a general rule of internet marketing that people who use the internet would rather do anything than pay for something, so it's bad psychology to impose unnecessary conditions when you're asking for a donation. I don't have to provide my home address when I make donations to other organisations, so why does Mozilla need my home address? I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask this question, but I can't find anywhere else to ask it!

I haven’t used Firefox in years. Recently, I got a new Mac M mini with the M4 chip and I’m trying to use Firefox as my primary browser because many websites don’t seem to work with Safari. Now, I’m facing a big dilemma. I don’t remember the password for Firefox from the past. It doesn’t seem to remember it, and I can’t change it. Every time I try to use Firefox, it keeps asking for this password. Can you please help me reset the password and set up a Firefox account that works seamlessly with my fingerprint as a password? If this is not possible, I’ll have to choose not to use the service.

When I go to YouTube to watch videos the Vid's always stop after a short time. The refresh page and back buttons do not work and neither does the ability to click on any links on the page. I have to close the tab and start again. The issues still occur on new tabs. Eventually I have to close FireFox altogether but when I try to open FireFox again it does not work or takes a few minutes and sometimes the message Firefox is still running. At times I have had the sound of the videos, when they do play, from YouTube still playing even when the browser is closed.
