I cannot "Login" to this forum/group page, so that I can post to the forum, or read my PM's, since the last Firefox update and it is vexatious to put it politely! Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem." The forum are aware that they do not have an SSL (Whatever that is?) and I cannot post to the forum to make them aware of the error! Catch 22! Thank you for your interest.

I use a lot of videos for home repair. So I am getting sick of capcha every time & google then pissing me around for 5 minutes on the sign in. Having to confirm by telephone. I have had firefox for a lot of years. Since your site goes straight to Youtube for my videos you should be able to help. PLEASE

After the most recent windows update some tabs have started having repeating messages from the website advertising telling me to reopen the tab, come back, etc.

I can't take a screenshot of my tabs to show this but they're flicking back and forth between what the actual tab is and things like "(1) - Let me know if you..." "(lightning bolt emoji) Hurry we are..." "(pointing hand emoji) Come back!"

Its obnoxious and creates constantly moving images in my peripheral, making it very difficult to concentrate.

How do I disable this?

CTL-B changed the side scroll with on the right hand side but the scroll, bar remained narrow. The left land side remained narrow. The scrolling bars are too narrow only about 2mm wide Regards Mick

Hello, I am running scripts (Javascript, VSCode, for automated software testing(websites). Testing with Javascript en Cypress but tests do not run when FF browser is selected, No error message.. In %temp% there is no geckodriver.exe. The Cypress window just keeps showing a spinner and nothing happens, the test does not load and run on FF browser. The other browsers available to use(Chrome/Edge/Electron) can be selected and Cypress runs the tests with no problem or issue. It seems a geckodriver needs to be installed but how and where is not clear to me. Does anyone know how to get Cypress to run the test on the FF browser? Cypress Version 14.5.4, Node version v22.18.0 LTS, Windows 10 Pro. FF 141.0.3 Perhaps any Cypress+FF ninja testers here as well that could help me to get this solved?

When I start Firefox it's not asking for my primary password.

It's not autofilling an important site and I need to access my password for it, but when I try to access passwords I don't get the 'enter primary password' box, just a message at the top of the browser window telling me to enter it and a button saying 'log on'. There's nowhere to enter the passowrd and the log on button does nothing.

This is midly terrifying...

I have lost my History and Bookmarks. A message appears 'The bookmarks and History system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem' I use Asast One and Malwarebytes. Can you help please? When I log into apps and other sites FF is displaying and recommending current and/or old login information. I do not want FF to make any login recommendations for me.

I checked the line of "check for updates and let me choose to install them". hell no...the update installs itself with no questions asked.... Besides of that the last update installed itself 3 times and each time I had to import again the old bookmarks... not good at all. Looks as I move to another browser if this is not solved and there are enough good ones for my meeds.

Up until last week, I was able to get pop-up ads in Digg's Adventure. I went into the settings in Firefox and I have the pop-up ads unchecked. It still doesn't allow me to get prizes from ads. Is there something I can do to fix this? Can you help?

I have an older RAID system that I need to login to from a browser. Is there a way to remove the TLS 1.2 protocol for local NAS drives that are only 2 feet away but I can not connect anymore.

Firefox connection fails on my mac cleared everything used troubleshooting mode works on windows iphone. I used wireshark and there is no attempt to contact the failing server only see udp broadcast from server. Safari works find DNS is fine cleared everything. Only thing I have not done is reinstall. No trouble connecting to other websites, this is the only one. I ran a virus scan at a loss.

I use AdBlock. In my Firefox Settings I have a list of sites for which I want AdBlock turned off. They don't work and I'm still locked out. What's up with this?
