This crashing must stop...It is an annoyance that is troubling. 1st Reagan.com disappears (customer service), now constant crashing and not a word about fixing it, AFTER reporting it. Explain. Or lose a subscriber.

My LN only has 8 letters, but my street address is long, and I have old addresses w 5+4 zip codes that differ by the last 4. The 'Saved address' popup only shows most of the address, and it's not resizable. (See image )

I have to open each address to see it. Suggestion_--- Make the box wider, auto adjust, or (best) restore the sizing bars.

Every time I try to sign in into my FF account in the browser it fails to connect to sync.

I get to the sign-in stage, it already knows my email so I'm prompted to put in my password then it sends me an email with code which I put in then I am prompted to put in my 2FA. I get signed in on a separate Mozilla accounts page but when I click on the Account icon in the top right in my browser and sync starts it immediately fails and says "Account Disconnected". I noticed that this started happening after I updated my email/updated Firefox to 131.0 (64-bit) Windows. Not sure if any of it is related.

I have tried various things like:

1. Logging in and out (multiple times) 2. Refreshing Firefox 3. Checking that I am not always using Privacy Mode (I was not) 4. Changing Profiles, changing default profiles 5. Reinstalling Firefox

Nothing solves the problem. I am now unable to see any of my bookmarks or anything from my profile because sync never works. I want to add that this is NOT a problem on Android. The issue happens only on my desktop FF installation.

Your present published results do not solve the problem.

Why, when I try to go back to a duckduckgo.com page, do I get this message and how do I resolve the issue? What makes duckduckgo a sensitive document? This started recently. I had no issues before.

Now when signing into my email Outlook account, jjeuler@msn.com, I get the message after the Stay Loged in Page, in the upper left corner "Too Many requests"! Reboot and going to other sites does not correct this. I can go to any other page and do not get this. I do have in my saved password file the long Firefox Reset Key. Using it though my loose all my book marks. What steps do I need to do to eliminate this problem? I can sign into my Outlook email account instantly with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Now after waiting for a while, the email page opened. Could this be the volume of CPU processes that are ongoing. I will check on Task Manager to see. At times when first booting CPU goes to 100%. Now it is at 24%. James

Suddenly this morning, a new toolbar appeared on my copy of Firefox (131.0) showing one item, Getting Started, which I have no use for. I managed to delete it and it was replaced with something telling me to place my bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar, which I also don't want. How do I get rid of it as it's nothing else for me but a waste of screen real estate?

I recently reloaded my M1 MacBook Air with macOS Sequoia. Ever since doing so, Firefox opens the right-click menu every time I press Control+Return (like when attempting to autocomplete a URL ending in .com, a feature I use quite frequently). It is only in Firefox that this happens, no other browser or program is doing this. I have uninstalled Firefox using AppCleaner, downloaded a new copy of Firefox 131.0 and reinstalled without any change in this behavior. Any ideas on what I can do to stop this so Control+Return only autocompletes a URL again?

I'm experiencing a relatively new issue where mono audio in Firefox only plays out of the left channel. The same sources play out of both channels in Safari. I'm on MacOS 14.6.1, Firefox 131.0.3. Any help is appreciated - thanks!

Both show up just fine for other people and for me when I access them with other browsers.

My problem occurs when I use Firefox to work on OtherNetworks. I'm going to try attaching screen shots of the Main Page. The first is from a normal view of my main page taken with another browser. In this shot the graphic is on the right

The second one is the same page taken with Firefox as the browser. I can't even figure out how to describe what is wrong with that second display.

I'm wishing for someone to figure out what is going on here and tell me how to restore FireFox so I can use it to work on my website. Is there some setting in Firefox or in the OtherNetworks site that is causing the awkward layout when using Firefox. I'm rather dependent on the bookmarks in Firefox.

There's one specific field I fill in very often and for some reason Firefox is really keen on suggesting me two searches that I looked up more than a couple months ago, on a totally different site. I can't even remove these suggestions or add new ones. When I used Vivaldi, it'd learn what I insert (even if it'd end up suggesting tens and tens of options), while Firefox doesn't learn at all.

For sake of an example, let's say that the word I use every day in this field is XYZ. Not even once was it suggested to me, I've only ever gotten the two in the screenshot below instead. And I can't remove them using the Delete key as some other article suggested.

Speaking of which, I just noticed the same thing happen to the subject line in this form 🙃

Why do I have to enter my logins and passwords for my MSN, Outlook, Yahoo and myyahoo everytime I start up firefox? It is getting very annoying.

Is Mozilla Firefox truly compatible with Windows 10 anMSN, Outlook, Yahoo, my yahoo and Malwarebytes?

No changes been made to my Mozilla account unless Mozilla banned me for constructive criticism yesterday. Earlier today Oct 4, 24 booted up laptop no issues. 3 hours later from cold start issue.

My version of FF 131.0 updated yesterday indicates I'm not signed in. Repeated sign-in attempts successful only to be disconnected seconds later. No issues logging into Mozilla Monitor to see progress and navigate around without disconnection. On Android 11 cell phone no issues, on Asus tablet Android 7.0 no issues. What am I doing wrong or missing? See attached screen shots and browser data.

Hello, I have just reinstalled Windows on my PC and when I logged into my Firefox account, none of the data I had synced up. I lost all my bookmarks, accounts, logins, etc. Is there any way to get them back?

I cannot open the Mozilla download page. It seems not to download anything, as I m taken to the error page (see image).

I read a support thread on the issue but I could not understand, it seems like an issue that requires previous knowledge, and I think it should be easy for old, loyal users of Mozilla to have a simple solutions for access to Mozilla site, with... Mozilla browser!

It started to happen yesterday, so far I never had such difficulty.

Is there a way to back up the tabs I have open? I tried a tab manager, I've forgotten it's name, a few years ago and it worked for a while then the folders I had started to come up empty. I e-mailed the owner but got no response and no help getting the lost tabs back. I am looking at Tree Style Tab but any other suggestions are welcome.

AI chatbot: Does the text I write and highlight in Firefox automatically get recorded even if the AI it is turned off?

I noticed that even if the AI is turned off, the check box for  "Show prompts on text select

Displays a shortcut to prompts when you select text. Firefox sends the text, page title, and prompt to the chatbot." is always checked and greyed out.

What gives Firefox folks of knowledge?

Whenever I sign in to sync my browser it keeps asking me to sign in again to reconnect to sync.

I've tried reinstalling the browser, deleting the Mozilla directory in %APPDATA% and reinstalling, removing account and signing in again.

No matter what I do I keep getting asked to sign in again to reconnect even though the initial sign in was successful.
