I recently had my PC service to remove severe malware. I had Firefox installed prior to service but when I got my machine back the icon looked different & I couldn't open Firefox. I downloaded Firefox again & it appeard to go thru the installation process but when I tried to open I received a dialog block that says location not found. I tried to uninstall Mozilla but am unable to do so. I am running Vista & IE9 (which apparently does not have a safe mode. The kicker is, I can't back up to a earlier time as the back ups were wiped while removing the malware.

I think full computer version may have downloaded into iPhone5. although website shows App folder for installation process, in the iPhone5 the screen instructions say to open the file with Evernote. Enote says the file is too large to download. No App folder shows on the screen. When i open usual App folder, nothing there. So, Firefox appears downloaded but not installed, I think. How do I get this large file out of my phone? File does not show in the iPhone5 program list, probably because it has not been opened, so the usual delete process will not work. Please help.

I have an up to date Firefox 17.0 on my PC running Windows 7. I have a problem in that I had cleaned out all my bookmarks in IE and want to import the new ones into Firefox. I could not do that so I decided to uninstall Firefox. Went to Programs and it was listed but when I went to uninstall, it said it had already been uninstalled (???) So - I just updated Firefox and no bookmarks appeared at all. When I imported them, it only brought in about 8 bookmarks and there are perhaps 30 or so. What did I do wrong? I am rather frustrated and would actually love to uninstall and do a clean reinstall but can't! HELP!

I used to be able to download files between 108 and 116MB without any problem. Lately, When I try to save files of this size, my download stops at exactly 60.0MB. I get the 'download completed' message and the scan for viruses starts, even though it saw that the file was 108MB. When I try to unzip the downloaded file, my computer won't allow me to because the file is 'corrupted'.
Is there a setting in Firefox, or maybe in Windows that is causing this?
