I'm not given the choice to STAY LOGGED IN and every time the system logs me out, I'm going through the motions of restoring my bookmarks. Isn't there a way Mozilla could fix this by allowing the bookmarks to be restored to the last login or give the user the choice to stay logged in? Better yet, DO BOTH. You know your the ONLY web browser that I've ever used that fails to do this. I'm sure their are dozens of programmers that could spend 30 minutes coding this into program. A few lines of code or a HOOK to fix this.

I stopped using Firefox on my desktop and began using Edge until it was necessary to have a Microsoft account for it to fully function. Then and only then I returned to Firefox.

Help us out here people. This is a real "rock in the shoe" issue.

Firefox deleted my entire browsing history while signed in with syncing on, with no user interaction. This should never happen. What is the point of Firefox sync if it does this?

I have been facing an issue that I want to completely delete all of the bookmarks associated with Mozilla Firefox. Manually deleting them works temporarily, however, they return to the bookmarks bar upon reinstalling Firefox and logging on to my account

I have already tried deleting my Mozilla account completely and used RevoUninstaller to delete all and any Firefox files from my system (done this to one of my computers). Still, the bookmarks return when I reinstall Firefox and log in to my account. I have also tried not syncing with other browsers, and the bookmarks still return when I log in to the Firefox account.

This persistence is annoying, because I really would like my bookmarks data from Firefox to be completely wiped out, but it seems that they are returning even upon account deletion (I created a new account using the same old e-mail).

Could someone please help me with this issue?

I added Firefox to my new laptop and needed to reset my password to login. I recognize a few of my old bookmarks at the top but all of my passwords and login information is gone and none of my old devices are showing up. I have never encountered this issue before, please help.

this is my back-up laptop, which until recently synced perfectly with the main one. now all bookmarks are missing, and I cannot understand what is happening the background.

In the previous version, whenever I clicked sync, my browsing history was updated automatically. Why is this no longer working after the recent update?

I always use Firefox on my 2 devices (PC & laptop) and keep them synced. However, after the latest Firefox update, the sync feature stopped working. My Firefox history from the past two days/yesterday on my PC has not been synced or imported to my laptop

I moved bookmarks from old mac to new mac so I can visit all my websites. However no user names and passwords load on the new mac. I hit sync over and over and nothing happens. Thx in advance for your help.

I discovered that my android application was no more synced. I follow the procedure until Firefox must normally send me a code to my email address. The address indicated is correct but i never get this code. I try this 2 or 3 times before contacting you. Could you help me and verify if this process is well working ?

I purchased a new Apple laptop, a MacBook Neo, & need to import bookmarks from my old MacBookAir to the Neo. No success thus far after going to Mozilla article "Sync bookmarks...." & following those instructions.

Hi there, I have been using the Firefox browser for many years and had saved all my login passwords to various sites on it and I never had a problem with it. But this time, after installing Windows and the Firefox browser, when I logged into my account and turned on the sync, it did not bring any of my previous information. When I go to my account management page, it writes my membership date at the bottom of the page as of today (2026), while as I mentioned, I have had an account on the Firefox browser for many years. How is it possible that my previous information does not exist and it recognizes me as a new user and what is the solution?!
