With last updates on firefox desktop..(2 last updates)..every update reset all my websites logins..I had to relogin again in all my websites..what happened?..is normal?..or error?

I'm filling out an appcation for a study permit in canada. My university website said that i should download adobe acrobat reader and use it to open the application pdf. I didn't want to pay for adobe, so i opened it with firefox instead. In the document, there are tab selections that it allows so you can select answers accurate to you and fill out the document. But at the top of the document it says I should enable javascript by going to preferences, then edit, and and then reopen the form. How can I enable javascript in firefox? I'm having difficulty finding the preferences and edit sections.

I want to be able to select the ai program I would like to use when researching (anything), like I have with Claude, but I don't know how to download the programs and have on the side bar like I have claude. Please help. Also, I can't download Deepseek.

I installed the English (US) dictionary add-ons from Mozilla Add-ons (English-US Dictionary and US English Dictionary). Firefox confirms they are installed and shows a “Remove” option, but they do not appear in about:addons under Dictionaries or Extensions. Additionally, the dictionary features are not working on webpages—there is no “define” option on text selection, and no dictionary/lookup functionality appears even after double-clicking words or using context menu options. The add-ons only appear as installed on their web pages.

Expected behavior: Installed dictionaries should be visible in about:addons and provide word lookup/definition functionality in the browser. Actual behavior: Add-ons are not listed in about:addons and provide no visible or usable dictionary features on webpages.

How can the Firefox VPN start automatically at startup? The instructions say open VPN, click settings, then click settings, but I cannot find where is "connect VPN on startup."

Note what I wrote above. I simply want to optimize my use of this option and can't if it doesn't allow me access to sites that I desire to access rather than ones that simply pop into these squares as existing, irrelevant, I suppose Firefox placed, options are deleted. Most of which I've seen and received are irrelevant to me.

Windows club downloads to speed up firefox browser: Firemin, Firefox Booster,Speedyfox and Firefox Preloader. Are these offered through firefox settings? Are they safe to use with my Firefox browser?

Being a weird person, I always saved my sites on my firefox browser and for my own reasons, hadn't bookmarked them and always kept them open on tabs to pick up and read at a later date, and as a result, racked up a lot of different tabs that were all very dear to me. However due to a catastrophic hardware failure a few hours ago I lost everything on my local files, including my backups of all the firefox tabs. I was hoping that if there was a remote possiblility that if the sync was able to record tabs, that it would also save all tab information from previous browser sessions.
