I’m suddenly unable to open Mozilla Firefox at all on my Windows 11 Pro (version 25H2) Surface Laptop. The browser never launches - every attempt immediately crashes and opens the Firefox Crash Reporter.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a fresh copy of Firefox (and removing the old application files, though the original Firefox program folder has 13 .tmp files inside a “tobedeleted” folder that I can’t delete), but the issue persists. When I try to install or uninstall Firefox, I get the same behavior: Firefox never opens, and I end up with multiple instances of the Crash Reporter popping up instantly.

Tried renaming firefox.exe as well to no avail. Chrome and Edge are working fine.

Last month, this issue occurred on my win11. This question is the same as the one mentioned at here: https://support.mozilla.org/bs/questions/1222579 it's still unresolved. Can anyone help me?

Every time i would open the app, it would crash immediately. I uninstalled and reinstalled, had the same issue. Recently updated to Win11. Reported each time but can't get into the app so don't know what the error is.

since 3 days, after initiation of the Firefox the empty page appears with order to close firefox. A have reinstalled the new version several times withour anu change in the program behaviour

On my pc, Mozilla Firefox continuously loops the error message, “Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.” It then proceeds to close and loop this error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, as well as did a “refresh” in deleting all my extensions and addons upon the new installation. Please advise. Thank you.

firefox doesnt start and gives me this error If i uninstall the have a fresh, install, everything will work normally until i restart my pc

Hello I had Mozilla Firefox as my default browser on my Mac laptop

I got a message this morning that Firefox could not open

I tried several times but no luck

I read through some of the online HELP sites and deleted the Firefox app and reloaded it

I also cleared the browsing history on SAFARI and CHROME although I couldn't see why that would work

Still not able to get FIREFOX to open

There always seem to be daily issues, "Mozilla Not Responding". We clear out Cookies, Cache, history, etc. throughout the day. We've had to shut it down and restart the computer. Oftentimes, the system just shuts down.

For the last few weeks, we have an unknown popup from Mozilla, "Unable to load XP.com". Not sure what this may be or why this popup suddenly started. We close it and pops up periodically several times in a day. I am attaching a screenshot of the image.
