I have been trying to enable Firefox Sync on my Windows 11 PC (Firefox 145.02). I open the Firefox Sync window, I click on Log In, I enter my e-mail and click on "Sign up or Sign In" and then the view freezes and I never get any further. The attached screen capture never changes, no matter how long I wait.

My account won't sync my old passwords and browser history. I recently reinstalled windows and when I tried to sign in to my mozilla account my data wasn't there.

I have a profil i didn't use since 22 days because computer issues

I need to retrieve ALL my tabs from this device For some issues i could'nt to it all before.

Now, i can see in my firefox profil pge, the profil exist. But if i go to my firefox installed in my new computer, i don't see THIS firefox device with ALL my VERY IMPORTANT tabs.

Is there any way to retrieve them ?

The 2-year-old support page "View synced tabs from other devices" gives 2 methods for syncing all your tabs from one Windoze FF to another. Neither one does anything at all for me now. The "right-click on the device in the sidebar" sounded SO promising, but it does not cause anything at all to happen. And checking the "sync tabs" box does indeed make them all show up in the sidebar list, but does not open anything. So besides clicking on each of the hundreds of tabs listed, how can I do this, or is it just another FF functionality lost to time?

Hi, i synced everything, in your browser, checked it few times, i had all my bookmarks from chrome to firefox few months ago, reinstalled windows, downloaded firefox and connected to account its clean, no of my information is there, wtf? i forgot the password, so recovered it. Give back my data for fuck sake, or it was mistake comming from chrome to firefox?

Hello, my old laptop broke. I bought a new one, installed Firefox, and signed into my Firefox account. My add-ons synced, but my passwords and bookmarks are gone. I can't access the old laptop now. Is there a way to fix this without a backup file? Or are add-ons the most I can get? Both devices have been added to the devices in the Firefox account.

I've signed in and synced everything from my iphone to my windows computer. When I go to the sync tab view on my computer, it says that my iphone isn't connected. On my iphone I can see the tabs that are from my computer, though. I'm not great with technology so this may just be a simple thing that I'm missing. Would appreciate any help :)

I upgraded to Windows 11 yesterday. I have always been logged in to Firefox with my email, so I thought the bookmarks will come back once I log in on the new windows, but that didn't happen. Some of these bookmarks are work related, so they're fairly important.

Although I'm using the same email, my profile picture is gone too—replaced with a default one. (Not AI generated sentence. I just like using Em dashes)

What could have happened and what can I do to get my bookmarks back? I appreciate any suggestion you can give me.

I recently got a new PC, and all my information was erased from it. I thought it wouldn't be a problem, as I expected to get everything back by logging into my account. However, after trying to sync my account for hours and searching on Google and YouTube for solutions, none of my information has returned.

When I contacted the person I bought the PC from, he said he couldn't help because I had forgotten to do something, possibly related to a Firefox update. I'm devastated and was hoping someone here could help. Is there a moderator or administrator who could assist with account recovery?

When following the instruction to sync bookmarks on Android phone it leads me to items that are not there. Open Firefox mobile on phone. Ok. Hit the 3 dots drop down. Ok. Choose sync and save. Not there? I click my email and it shows sync. I click that and it shows the last time I sync my phone. 0 minutes. Ok. It shows a QR code to scan from the Firefox app. It instructs to click ready to scan. That's not there either. If instructions lead you down paths that are not present, the instructions are useless. Anyone else having this experience? Thanks..........

I created an account on an old PC, in the account it is visible as kos-work-note, now I am on a new kos-ltop, and there is no data at all in the browser, why is that?

I cleaned the AppData folder to speed up the computer, then it turned out that there were Mozilla files, which threw away all my data form browser. I synced the browser data on the phone, but it didn't transfer everything (history and login data missing). What to do to have my passwords again on the computer?

I am positive that I've been signed into a Firefox browser account for the past several years (to Sync my favorites, etc.) However, my laptop recently crashed and, when I signed into my Firefox account on my new computer, the bookmarks that populated are YEARS old. Until few days ago i could see all the opened tabs of my first phone on pc using "Tabs from other devices" option. Today i connected another phone and now i canno't see anymore tabs from my first phone. At the moment i don't have access to the first phone as i had to rapair it. Under my mozilla account i can still see my first phone connected.
