New to Mozilla! Just "your opinion." on average, and I know this can be a relevant question, how should I approach banking transactions on this Browser? is it among the saver ones.

I need help with Google telling me that I have been breached and I am not safe need to clean my phone or it will expire also that they would block me from play store what is going on??? They try to keep me from Firefox like getting rid of the extinction that you all suggested to download which I done to keep my account's safe and they keep pushing gaurdio on me I don't have the money to pay every month...

I'm about to remove Firefox from my laptop due to unwanted popups from an explicit and aggressive site called chaturbate. I installed Firefox because I was told it's a more secure browser. I'm seriously questioning my decision now. Does anyone have any suggestions to stop this from happening and to avoid any new events from occurring?

1st, I'm 72 and I'm fairly competent but I ain't no 'puter whiz.

I have a 6 month old HP Laptop with McAfee and Norton installed. Firefox is my default browser. Yesterday I started getting popups with "Mozilla Firefox" and the Firefox logo and they say things like "McAfee: 3 viruses found! Hard drive is infected! Remove viruses!" and then there's a "via [suspicious looking websites that start with with d3qq and have a .co.in at the end. I have not clicked on them. Just got one now with "ATTENTION! Click here to remove it!" What "it" is, I don't know but again a site with d311 and .co.in at the end. I have run McAfee and Norton scans out the ying yang and they keep saying there's nothing wrong with my laptop.

I have this sick feeling that I have to uninstall and re-install Firefox which scares my 72 yr old brain. Help!

II must have been onto a dangerous site ??? but anyway I was using another browser and Firefox popped up with messages indicating a virus. As I am a retired head of IT, I closed internet and uninstalled Firefox. I then scanned my Pc with 3 different antivirus packages, My default installed is Sophos. Then there is teh standard MS , plus I installed ESET. All cleared my machine with no issues. I then re- installed Firefox, , it picked up my data and the virus message popped up again. I immediately uninstalled it again. I use REVO to uninstall, which scans for left overs, which I delete as well. Now I HAVE TO ASSUME that Revo is NOT clearing ALL FIREFOX files/data off my PC. Please advise where it is and how I can delete it completely, which is causing the messages to pop up again as soon as i install Firefox.

Firefox is the ine major browser on the market that DOESN'T have much of this stuff and actually kinda cares about privacy. Why take that away? You're only driving away your main userbase. If you continue shoving AI down our throats like everyone else I'm gonna have to find an alternative.

All of a sudden many warnings of virus and some Trojan virus had infiltrated my computer. Is this something Mozilla will alert me to or is it a hoax? What should I do next? I tried to dismiss or just x out and more popped up. So I just turned my computer off

Hello, my name is Dimitris and I have pc with windows 11 and bitdefender total security installed and fully updated. Since yesterday when I open mozilla firefox a file on desktop appears with the name bd_config.cfg. I wonder whether my pc is infected with a virus or malware?

I hope this goes somewhere, like a representative email or something. But I use firefox because it's user and cpu friendly, and it isn't spying on me like Google. I can disable so many analytics and have privacy extensions. Re: your new CEO's intro article, I find it infringing upon my privacy to force AI features on my browser like this. Your primary userbase does not want this.

Hi i saw something saying the browser wanted to use more ai etc, is this true? Is there a way to opt out of these services in total if so?

I use firefox for the privacy and to avoid bloatware so itld be really disappointing if its now looking to use ai more in its services.
