Running Firefox 125.0.1 on MacOS 14.2.1, all audio input is very quiet for all applications, not just Firefox.

Experiments I ran:

• people can barely hear me in Google Meets
• microphone works great in Quicktime (making a recording) when Firefox is running but not receiving audio input
• microphone is very quiet in Quicktime when running a Google Meet in Firefox
• microphone is very quiet in Quicktime when running a discord voice channel in Firefox
• microphone works great in Quicktime when running Google Meet in Chrome

This started maybe ~3 months ago for me. I'd love to see a fix, since Firefox is my favorite browser in most other ways - otherwise I'll have to give up and switch to Chrome at long last :'(

Whenever I have Firefox open on Windows 11, my windows key doesn't work. I can assure that its Firefox because whenever I close it, the windows key starts working again. This is really annoying because I normally use the keyboard and having to move my mouse to the bottom just to open the menu gets annoying quick.

I've received my new PC and will be migrating from my old PC (Windows 10) to the new PC with Windows 11.

I use local folders in Thunderbird to keep various projects separate and more easy to manage. I have copied the current Thunderbird profile on to an external hard disk, I have found the location of the local folders and they reflect the structure in the Thunderbird screen I see. Thunderbird has been unstable for a few weeks so I would prefer a clean install but don't want to lose a lot of content that I still need.

1. Is there a way to copy over just the local folders, eg export them, rather than the whole profile? I deliberately haven't cleaned the server recently so that I can get back emails that still are in the in_tray but once they are in local folders they disappear from the Yahoo server. 2. Is there anything else significant I should be aware of before migrating? There is a backup on Mozilla but I prefer a clean install.

Even after numerous Uninstalls and a Reinstalls I keep getting this error notice when trying to open Firefox...

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022)

When I run firefox on WSL2, buttons dont work on any pop up windows. Foe example when installing a firefox extention - it will download and pop up a small window at the top right to add the extentionto firefox. The buttons dont work. Another example is when opening up the firefox menu bar (hamburger bar) - it will pup up a small window to allow to open up settings, go to add ons, open bookmarks or history. The buttons dont work. Last example is the pop up window for this Ash your question page for firefox support - When clicking "Which topic best described your question - it will pop up a small window to select what type of question Im gonna ask. The buttons dont work.

I dont know how to fix this. I restarted, deleted my firefox profile, started of safe mode, nothing worked. How do I solve this issue?

I did an hardreset to my computer yesterday, today I logged in to my FireFox account and now all of my stuff (History, Passwords, Bookmarks) are from 2020. I don't have any backup, what do I do?

the issue now i have with firefox 124.0.2 is that the transition is now instant when my mouse enters or leaves the window and one of my addon buttons (roboform) no longer works with this userchrome.css edit.

its been a few updates ago it broke maybe 15 or so and now im wondering if there is a better updated script that works like it used to.

when I search for a page after opening a tab. The page will load slowly then stop. I'll then have to hit enter again for the page the load. This does not happen with Chrome or Edge. Any ideas how to fix this frustrating issue. Thanks.

Firefox crashed and now will not open without crashing. I have trashed it and re-installed but still getting this error and cannot use the application. It will not open in Trouble Shoot mode. I even removed all files in the Library/Application Support

The latest version of firefox for MacOS 14.4.1 has broken the picture in picture function. When enabling PiP, the video window takes up almost the entire screen and doesn't remember the size i set it to, like it did in older versions of Firefox. Another issue is when im in fullscreen mode and enable PiP, the PiP window takes me to another 'desktop', whereas before it would simply overlay on top of my screen.
