My tabs won't allow me to move/rearrange them. When I attempt to click and drag them around, they do not change order or escape the window. Window functions such as resizing, closing, and moving work as normal.

Keep your tabs. Free up memory.

Unloading a tab keeps it visible while freeing up memory and CPU.

Right-click on one or multiple tabs and choose Unload Tab to help Firefox stay fast.

When you come back, your tab will reload just where you left off.

After i closed firefox with two windows it only restored the wrong tab and because most of the tabs were open some time ago i cant restore it from history too. Can i somehow restore them?

Since the last Firefox update, I've noticed an issue whenever I launch the browser. I have it set up so that I have multiple tabs open, and it's set up so that when Firefox starts up, it opens all of the previous tabs and starts me on the tab I was on when I closed the browser previously.

Now whenever I start Firefox, it opens to the last tab I was on, but said tab opens on my current homepage instead of the website that tab was on previously. I experimented by changing my homepage to "Youtube.com", picked a different open tab, closed Firefox and opened it again and sure enough, the tab was now on the Youtube page instead of what it had been previously.

Is this just a bug of the current Firefox version, or is there something in settings I can do to fix this?

I have an ultrawide screen, yet my pinned tabs only occupy 1/3rd of my screen width before you have to scroll through them. How do I make this area wide and allow more than 27 pinned tabs to be visible.

Hi everyone Since sep-15, The "Open previous windows and tabs" function is NOT working .. everytime i have to reopen all the previous tabs. I am not sure if any update has caused this. Please help. Thanks

Hello, currently using 120.0.1 (64-bit) for macos and would like to know how to change behavior: When i'm trying to modify url in tab i'm currently working on and press enter/return it opens modified url in new tab for some reason. But when i hold option it opens it in current tab, is there any way to make it as default behavior? Thank you very much👍

Hello, so I have been waiting for the Tab Groups feature and saw it should be available by the 6th of May, but after waiting, still no Tab Groups, I am not sure what to do or if there is a problem.

I really appreciate this amazing new 'unloading' feature. It's just the function I need. However, I can't unload all the tabs I've selected. Only some of them are inactivated, and this problem occurs almost every time I choose a group of tabs.

Hello, with older versions of firefox, it was easy to rank your favorite sites, which could avoid having 50 windows open at all times. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.

Hello, sadly I have the problem since a few days that firefox opens a new tab with the same error every time I google something or click on a new page/subpage etc. The URL on the error page is all the time "https://0.0.0.1/" mentention of course a page loading error. I don't know why firefox keeps oppening new tabs with this URL. I allrady tried to use the clearing function and even reinstalled the software, nothing worked. Maybe somebody can help me solving this problem, it is very annoying to have multiple new error-tabs per minute in a normal work flow. Thanks and best regards, Thomas

I keep asking. I don't want to, but I am going to use another browser that I don't like, that does have the + as I keep hitting the y key to open a new tab. I am not well, cancer has me. My eyes are bad, and I could use some help, Thank you.

Previously, I was able to click on an image in a page, then it would appear below that pre-click. Then, if I wanted to view the image link, it would open that link in a new tab. Now, for some reason, when I try to click to the new location, it opens it in my existing tab, rather than a new tab. How can I fix that?

When I search a subject from Google, I want the search tab to remain, and for a new tab to open when I click on a link. I don't want to open the link through the same search tab.

After researching, I tried to go through about:config and I changed the browser.search.openintab to 'true' but when I search it opens through the existing search tab.

I hope I am explaining this coherently. Can someone please help me?
