I get scam messages that say "Trojan virus detected!" on Mozilla Firefox which I cannot delete. I have run antivirus scans which show there is no virus or malware. I have shut down the desk top. How can I go to reinstall Mozilla Firefox default settings or do you have another solution?

The other one was a login page for an Admin site - that is not suitable for testing, since it contains confidential data.

Could you please check it?

I cannot play videos on CNN.com ONLY

I can select the video on the thumbnail and then the thumbnail says playing but nothing is happening. No video and no audio. Videos on all other sites work normally … (funda kabanzi)
