Got online this morning, and Firefox "upgraded" to a newer version. Now, I have no home page, no bookmarks, no history, etc. This happened several "updates ago, a few years ago, if memory serves. How do I get all those back? Last time, they apparently sent out a "fix". Thanks,

I had a service provider in Montreal Quebec citenet.net , My firefoxe account was with them , I would like to move my account using my google email on an other internet service provider in ste-Marguerite du Lac Masson Quebec how can I do that ?

I hate surprises like these! So far i trusted FF that after an update my layout would still be intact as was, but no they forced this black sh.. onto me as a background for the home page - and no alternative anywhere to switch this back to white or any other options. Do i want to install a plugin for this simple basic option - hell no, i'd rather get rid of FF as my default browser if you think you can play dictators too now. What i miserable attitude you people have. If you change for life )white) to dead (black) you might as well declare you are on your way out as a browser - or offer the option to change that bg color real quick

I have started donating to keep firefox in windows 7 but was wondering if there was a way to have a set price to use the browser yearly price that was reasonable 20 dollars or so. thanks

EVERY time I start Firefox (and I keep it updated) after a Windows 10 initial start or restart, instead of coming up on my Home page, I get a message that it can't open the last page I was working on. This is rather annoying. All I have to do is click on the home icon to get there, but I don't understand why the first time I start Firefox it doesn't just come up on my home page.

Under settings, I DON'T have a check-mark by "Open previous windows and tabs", so why is it even trying? It seems like a bug to me, but if that was true, I'm sure it would have been fixed by now (because this has been going on as long as I can remember) so I'd be curious to hear some comments about this.

Even it could, it only for few minutes and the problems keeps appears. And oddly, If you ignore it for several minutes or an hour, Firefox suddenly can open websites again. This problems keep appears in my 2 laptop. I already try anything including reinstall firefox, and it's just temporal solutions. Can you check what actually happened? Cause this problems not only me but also the other users. I already ask my colleague and my friend, they have same problems, and the solution you give isn't working at all. Thank you.

Update to version 96 64-bit just completed. Many websites now experiencing Secure Connection Failed PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. Did Help -> More Troubleshooting Information -> Refresh Firefox to go back to all defaults. Open Firefox again, add Menu Bar. Open what used to be home screen tabs, ok at first, but within minutes start experiencing Secure Connection Failed in several websites. Seems to come and go, sometimes a Reload current page restores normal website, sometimes not. Close Firefox, open again, restore previous session tabs, only a matter to time before one or more start getting Secure Connection Failed errors. No extensions, no themes. Browser is now so unreliable as to be unusable. Please assist.

I just allowed an update to my computer from Mozilla called software updater and now I can't use duckduckgo to search the web. I had to use google to get to this page for help. Let me know right away how to remove the mozilla updater from my computer and get back to the firefox browser that works. This is interfering with my web searches and banking. This is extremely urgent.

The problem is I'm having trouble accessing protected files from my employer.

A grey message box comes up when I try to do so that reads as follows:

When I go to 'Preferences' and click on Trust Manager, I'm still not able to access the protected files.

On financial websites investment gains are displayed in green and losses in red. However, very recently the numbers are only displayed in black. Also, sometimes numbers are not displayed at all or only partially. This started within the last month. I should add that in Chrome this problem does not occur.

Hi everyone. For the last 6 months, the <Firefox.exe> process is being terminated immediately after launching it.

I tried every solution I came across in the internet: from making a fresh clean installation to changing the profile, deleting the cache files and searching for Malwares and viruses. Unfortunately, nothing has worked.

Nevertheless, if I rename the "Firefox.exe" file to any other name, it will work without a problem. And if I kill the <explorer.exe> process, and then run "Frefox.exe" -without changing its name-, it will also function properly.

Before yesterday, I bought a new computer, installed Firefox, and it was working smoothly. However, today, I installed Office 2021 Pro Plus, logged into my Microsoft account from Word and <Firefox.exe> process is being terminated upon lunching it again.

I formatted the system, made a restore point, downloaded another version of office (2019 Pro Plus), logged into my Microsoft account, and the same has happened again. I tried different scenarios; the result is always the same.

• Same problem is happening with Chrome. Only Edge is working if I logged into my Microsoft account from office apps.

Any idea?
