Turn off tab-group

I seem to have accidentally set up tab-groups, on desktop. Probably I fat-fingered a shortcut to group some tabs. This is a function I'll never intentionally use — since … (funda kabanzi)

I seem to have accidentally set up tab-groups, on desktop. Probably I fat-fingered a shortcut to group some tabs. This is a function I'll never intentionally use — since I'd rather not cut off my fat fingers, is there a way to permanently shut off tab-groups?

I'm running v138.0.1, but the ability to group tabs that was supposedly introduced in v137 is completely absent from my browser. I can neither drag tabs onto another to c… (funda kabanzi)

I'm running v138.0.1, but the ability to group tabs that was supposedly introduced in v137 is completely absent from my browser. I can neither drag tabs onto another to create a group, nor create groups by right clicking on a tab. What's up with that?
