i need the 'home' button. it is not included in the 'customize' items so that doesn't work, as it is not actually there with the other items. please tell me how to get it. thanks. it's ridiculous working without one.

I am running with ubuntu 22.04.5 (linux)

I am trying to reduce the width of a panel which is on, say, firefox home. I can easily change the height of a panel (just put the mouse on the edge of the corner or top of the panel. However, when I put the mouse on the edge of either side of the panel nothing happens. I want to reduce the width of a panel and I cannot. Should add that the mouse turns into a resizing thing for all panel - it just doesn't work when trying to change width)

Thoughts?

When using Firefox mobile for android, a black bar appears at the bottom of the screen, above the address bar. Please see attached picture.

It only seems to occur when the "scroll to hide toolbar" setting is disabled. The bar moves upwards when using the keyboard.

on other webpages a black bar drops down from the bookmarks bar and blocks the top of the pages, how do i get rid of it? oddly on this page, the bar does not show up

popped up after an update, not only is it slightly distracting but also annoying as now when i try to pick up or select a tab by putting my mouse at the top of the screen it does nothing, as i select the useless black bar instead

My profile images have weird graphical issues behind the profile images. I don't find anyone else mentioning this but I am sure I am not the only one. What can I do to fix this, it is very annoying.

Running version 146.0.1 No new extensions. Recently, when I hit ctrl+b to bring up the bookmarks sidebar, it opens but doesn't display the bookmark correctly. (image #1) The sidebar opens, but everything is whited out. The same thing happens when I try to open the history sidebar, except that the urls kind of show up. (image #2). Also, when I'm on my homepage, there's a white line on the left side that I can't get rid off. (image #3) I also tried refreshing firefox, but that didn't do anything. Does anyone have an idea what may be causing this? Thanks

Since the redesign a lot of thing don't work anymore.

In the menu at the right side with the dots important items e.g. bookmarks are not contained any more . How do I manage my bookmarks with the new Design? Is it possible to return to the old menu? Is there a manual explaining the new menu? The German help page online explains how it used to work.

I first noticed that things don't work anymore when I tried to download my subscribed newspaper in the app for this particular newspaper. Regards, Ute

I use the Firefox Search bar a lot (the one that has a magnifying glass). The latest version of Firefox's Search bar seems different and the magnifying glass has been replaced by an icon of my default search engine. Although the old and new Search bar are very similar, the newer one has a larger font, and the search options on the drop down menu have a magnifying glass next to it. It also takes up more space on the browser (not as packed) which I don't like as much. Is there a way to revert to the previous version of the search bar? The first pic is the new search bar and the second is the older version.

During the week of March 7-13, 2026, upgrade(s) caused the size of my bookmarks, fonts and tabs to shrink to barely readable (see attachment) in the Firefox browser window on my Windows 11 PC. I've tried every internet base advice article. How do I increase the size of them?

There is a left side hidden toolbar that has history AI etc pictured below. I removed it on another computer by mistake and can't figure out how to get it back. It is on a Windows 11 machine. Thank you for any help.
