i looked up lots questions and solution. nothings seems to work. i did all Troubleshoot and diagnose Firefox problems. cleared cache, restarted firefox, refreshed. everything I could do. nothing works.

could you tell me what else I can try?

i can't do a search. I keep getting "problem loading page" and "secured connection failed" This is happening on both my windows 7 computer and my windows 10 computer. The same thing is happening if I try a google search as well.

This is the message I get when I try to access Kroger.com. It has always worked before and nothing has changed on my computer. No issues accessing other sites.

I am now getting this message when I try to search for things at Lowes.

This has just started recently. I do not have this problem using Google Chrome. All other searches (Amazon, Ebay, Safeway, Walmart, et.al. are ok. Just who exactly is edgesuite? I am running Firefox on Windows 7.

Within Tool Settings create an option to choose one of the current six choices to become the default view. Currently "General" is the only default view upon entering Tools,Settings. As is with me I suspect the most revisited choice within Tools, Settings is "Privacy & Security". Would be immensely pleasing if I could select "Privacy & Security" as default view when entering Tools,Settings .

Hello, I am still running an old WIn 7 media center because I have applications I need that are no longer supported elsewhere. Firefox ESR has been working just fine up until the most recent update - which repeatedly fails to install each time I start Firefox. Is there a location where this update resides? If so may I know this location and procedure to eliminate this errant update? Thanks!

So i was going to go to the forums to whine about the new phone layout (cause it's ugly, less compact and laggy to the point of freezing) but the forums seem to be down rights now.

Goodd day from UK I run firefox esr 115.9.1 and find the the F5 refresh key does NOT refresh the images. The same applies when using the "reload" icon in the menu.

Reading other posts, nothing seems to apply here.

There are NO add-ons at all and everything is cleared on close. The text DOES seem to change.

As a web developer checking updates this is extremely annoying as only hope is keep closing the browser (to clear everything) and restart - the loads new images etc.

I use several versions of Firefox (2, 20, 56) to ensure compatability with olf browsers and it seems to be only those over 100 with this issue.

Does anyone know if this is a "feature" or a"bug" and is there any simple (!) way around the issue?

However, the chatgpt.com site froze and when I reloaded it, I had to start all over again. This time, the request for challenges.cloudflare.com remains, even though a URL attachment is reloaded every few seconds. The same thing happens on the openai.com site and several other.
