Hi, I disabled several options in About:Config, and a feature previously disappeared. When I pressed the scroll button in the diamond, it opened a tag and moved to it automatically. Whatever you do with the current tag, I want it. Please help me.

When i open a window the past 80 tabs openl to use, I need to R clic the tab on the left and "erase all tabs to right"

In settings, Start-up, I have the box checked for: "open previous windows and tabs" but it doesn't work. In order to do my work I need the 23 tabs I currently have open to show up again after a reboot of the browser or computer. What gives? How long will it take to get this corrected? Please give me help. Thanks, Mark

I've tried everything and read all the instructions but none work.

Nnother issue is, if more than one tab is open, can I just click backwards and forwards onto different sites/pieces of work? I used to be able to do this in Google, but in Firefox it has proved impossible. If more than one tab is open, where would the other tabs be? On top, or at the bottom of the screen?

On 6-2-2021 the Firefox /browser was automatically updated (errgh!). Now, my tabs are all gone and the History is empty. They were not merely recreational or random. Please help. Thank you in advance!

I think this happens routinely. Can the Mozilla people prevent the problem in the first place? How can I tell the angst they cause their users? I see others begging for help with this problem.

Back to Firefox after a few years away, I like the feature Firefox suggest, however, it opens up and switches to the site selected when selected, (middle button), is there a way to open these in the background. Any help would be much appreciated.

How do I apply the same highlighting shown by the red arrow to the text where grey and heavy blue is used for highlighting? I find css very convoluted and it's hard for me to know what ids/parameters to use to get the desired effects. I tried to reply to you yesterday from the help site on FF, however on the last word, I misspelled that word, I attempted to correct it, it should have been easy enough because it was the last letter on the last word, I put my curser at the end of the last word and as I tried remove that letter, BOOM, the whole message disappeared. Hopefully it was sent but I haven’t heard a response yet so I’m assuming the message went into lala-land. Are you saying that your previous session isn't restored [Yes, none of the tabs were restored. Also, under the history tab, the “recently closed tabs” were grayed out so that menu command was useless.] or are you looking for the menu command to restore the previous session? Also, every time I reboot FF or my Computer, none of the previous tabs are restored. If the former, are you exiting before restarting your computer or shutting down? You should do that and you should use the exit command (either in the menu or the keyboard shortcut). I suggest you also allow enough time for the process to finish before restarting the computer or shutting down. Can you help me with this? What is the fix for this issue?

I know this is most likely a feature, but it's been annoying the hell out of me since I switched from Chrome and I don't know how to disable it. I have looked at multiple (~3) Reddit threads (two of which were archived) which gave me a total of 0 answers, I've looked at other forums, and I've found, get this, nothing. It's so annoying when for whatever reason, my music gets paused and then it's not at the volume I need it to be at, so I turn it up and then almost immediately turn it back down because of the audio fading. All I want is to know how to disable this, PLEASE.

why speed dail fvd addon was disabled ?? I lost all pages saved, there was no readable message with you turning off the addon. it works fine on chrome, now I have to add the support file all over again, it also does not work. Is there a functionality where I could change a name of a tab? I'm working on many tabs and all of them have the same name. It would be great to change names so navigation could be faster.

3 days ago I closed my main Firefox Windowby accident, while other windows were open. To restore, I just used the normal "recently closed windows" option and reopened my windows. Immediatly, all my tabs that were assigned to "Containers" were duplicated, and I lost the "Simple Tab Groups" order. For each tab on a container, a second was created without an assigned container. Fine, i thought, just closed 130 tabs that were unassigned, and moved them to the right Groups again. Next day, i open firefox, same thing. All tabs duplicated (but now on the proper groups). Closed 130 duplicated tabs and moved on. But I can't spend 5 minutes each day doing it! Testing more, I realized that every time I close and reopen Firefox, all the tabs assigned to a Container get a copy. If i close and reopen firefox 10 times, i will get 10 copies of all tabs, with no assigned containers to them, ending up with 1300 unnecessary tabs.

I just cant figure out how to fix it. Any advice?
