I just bought a new computer. How do I sync firefox on my old computer with firefox on my new computer. The same for thunderbird mail. Please help. I am not a computer genius. Dave Muran [edited email and phone# from public community support forum)

I am having a problem with Firefox. Some websites do not load correctly and certain extensions do not work as expected.

I have already tried restarting Firefox and checking my internet connection, but the issue still happens.

Please advise how to fix this problem. Thank you.

My pc just did the latest update, the one with the new Logo. It wiped out all my bookmarks and passwords. I can reset the passwords, but I have hundreds of hours of research which was all bookmarked. I have changed laptops four times and each time I did, I would just sign into my Mozilla account and it was all downloaded into my new one.

Did anyone else experience this and were you successful in retrieving this data? Do you have any tips? This was important information on a health condition and I don't know if I can find all of this again.

Please, please help. I tried doing what I found in your forums but nothing helped. Could it be that the information was wiped out by your servers and it's permanently gone? I really need help. Thank you.

"Your account has been locked for security reasons" I use 2 computers on this account. My home office and a laptop I use on the go. There is nothing that says where I can verify my account. A few weeks I started having trouble accessing the aa.com website. I would get this message:

Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.aa.com/" on this server.

I can access without issue on Edge and Chrome, but they aren't my preferred browsers. And if I use google to directly go to a specific page within the site, such a the technical support page, I can access that, and log in from there.

I tried all of the typical trouble shooting steps, like clearing cache and cookies. None of that helped.

Then today I decided to pull out my laptop and see if I could access aa.com from there. I could, with no issues.

So, this is somehow related to Firefox, but deeper than just the browser itself. But I'm at a loss as what to check next to correct this isue.

Not sure if it's related, but the automated guesses this page makes about my browser and operating system stated that I'm on Windows 10. This computer uses Windows 11, and it came installed with Windows 11.

When visiting Springer's websites (and others), I cannot select any text using Firefox (but I can with Chrome). I cannot find the setting to modify to enable this ability (text selection).

I have been trying to login to godaddy.com for several days but when I click on sign in the login page comes up blank except for the bottom where it links to their privacy information. I have tried everything I can think of and if anyone can help me I would be eternally grateful.

Had to restart my computer because it froze, but when i open firefox all my tabs are suddenly gone, this has never happened before and i do force restart my pc plenty of times.

the "restore previous session" button doesnt even show up in my menu; my about:profile page doesnt show or open my previous activity; and all my files in the sessionstore-backups folder are way too small and recent to be holding my old tabs ( i had over 300 open)

What can i do?

After the last system update, I now am being asked to enter my "Primary password", every time I open a new page. When I try entering a password , it is not recognized and I have to click on cancel in order to proceed. I have used what I recall was my password but it is recognized, but I don't get a message telling me it is the wrong password. How can I get back to the previous version that did not ask for my Password. Is that an option?

We hate this useless so-called feature and you've completely failed to give us an OFF switch! It's been many months with countless complaints and still no OFF switch! We've had this conversation before, all of your ideas must come with an OFF switch, especially so for the dumb ones like tab pinning! You don't ever force this dumb crap on us, ever!

Is this the only way to send thunderbird an email??? If it is that's OK. I am a fairly new customer of Thunderbird. I have a new laptop and want to find out if Thunderbird has any questions forb me to answer. I think my password is OK, cause I signed in somehow.
