VPN has been working like a charm...today I go in circles...it asks me to sign in...ok...screen says go to open screen and open VPN...I click there but VPN takes me back to the original screen coming up first time today.

If a customer is already using Mozilla VPN, Firefox should not be offering its own internal VPN. It is counterproductive. A simple test should be written into Firefox.

I've been using the built-in firefox vpn and it has worked just fine, amazing actually, the best free vpn i've ever used. I've used it mostly to access Japanese contect, so Japan server, and now it's not working. it still show my ip, but if I change location to any other country it shows that country, so the issue is with the Japanese server.

I am in China and do not seem to be able to connect to the Mozilla Firefox VPN, to access my gmail (and other features). When I try to turn it on, I get a message: "Could not connect to VPN: Try again in a few minutes" I did this many times. Should I continue trying or is it hopeless?

I have been able to use the builtin VPN for a couple of months now. In the past week, when I try to turn on the VPN, I receive a message that I am not connected to the internet, even though I already am.

What is the issue?

I'm wondering if there is a compatibility issue with the built-in Firefox VPN and the DoH settings. I have the DNS over HTTPS set to 'custom' with the default option of Cloudfare

With the VPN turned on 1.1.1.1/help shows that I am not connected or using DoH, but the second I turn the VPN off I am connected and using DoH. It seems that the Firefox VPN uses Fastly as its DNS and not the DoH settings I selcted.

Is there a way for the VPN+DoH to work together? Admittedly I'm very new to trying to be more secure/anonymous on the internet, but I was under the impression that having both is better than one or the other.

Am I missing something?

I have a concern about the inability. For me to change my location. Yeah, you can change it, but what stops you from changing it to where I am. The whole point of a VPN is I have control of it. I mean, it's cool that you rolled one out, but you kind of missed the point. How do I change my location without you doing it? For me

Using Firefox v154.0.1. I have the free built-in VPN Beta enabled. I'm located in Austria. No matter which country I select in the VPN settings (Germany,France,Canada,US,UK), I always have a Singapore IP. It says so if I open an IP test website (e.g. from NordVPN) and also on YouTube.

Using the VPN, there is an option to select a country. However, this doesn't work. I have tried various countries and with every country I select, I am placed in Chicago. Is there a way to make the location selection more accurate?

Good evening, the built-in VPN has not been working for a week, when enabled, NO sites open and the message "could not connect to the VPN" pops up, the browser is blocked completely, what to do?
