I'm trying to log in on a new machine, but when Firefox sends the 2FA confirmation code, it never arrives. I whitelisted accounts@firefox.com, but that makes no difference. Is there a way to turn off 2FA? Is there another solution?

I tried to login to Autodesk for some discussion about file retention, etc. I logged in using my user id and password and then Autodesk sent me a code as a two factor identification function. When the page opened the place to enter the code it looked like the image that I have attached. I could not enter the code supplied by Autodesk as FireFox kept trying to get me to do something with email masks. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

This is common lately. On a website they say we will send you an email to validate your email. This was with Costco for one. I click in the box so they can send me an email, then I go look and there is no email. Tried many times to no avail. Other websites too, like, click the save 10% coupon then we will send it to your email entered on the website. No email received. By the way it doesn't seem to be a pop up blocker issue.

I want to change the security rule. I have to get a code from my email in order to login to paypal. I wouldnt have any problem doing a text. Is there anything I can do?

It is becoming a serious pain in my butt that it seems every time I turn around that I have to log BACK into my mozilla account. and when I do I ALWAYS have to wait on an e-mail code. and when I get it I have to click into the field before I can paste in the code.

Are you guys going out of your way to make this a pain in my ass?

Do you have some way I can use an authenticator or Yubi key?

Do I H A V E to use 2nd factor? I have a password manager with unique strong passwords. I feel like you guys are living in the 90 when passwords was new and rotating passwords was concidered best practice.

and why is it that many websites do not function properly unless I am logged into my mozilla account? Youtube especially doesn't function right unless I am logged into Mozilla with my firefox browser. Are you guys tracking me?

all this to say please make it easier to login to my browser profile. This should not be a 12 step process.

I was testing a new website for a developer. I wanted to see if DNS worked correctly on various browsers. I downloaded Firefox and the test was OK. However, something happened with Yahoo and Facebook, apparently those sites think I am on another device. Where I have to log in, something with second level authentication was off, after several attempts I am now locked out. I suspect a Firefox setting is the problem. Suggestions on how to reset firefox?

One Home/House. Two PCs. a. WINDOWS 1O b. LINUX 22.3 Both share One Mouse One Keyboard One Monitor. I have a FIREFOX account and have joined both PCs to MOZILLA. I have activated, deactivate and successfully used FIREFOX SYNC. I keep getting emails from MOZILLA stating that someone else signed on to my email acct. and a MOZILLA supplied a 6 digit code to confirm. I know it was me, so I confirm using 6 digit code and no problems. My question is. Who, How or can I inform so MOZILLA/FIREFOX recognizes both PCs. Also. Have been thinking about purchase of a YUBIKEY/KEYs for security. I know, for loss prevention, it is best to purchase 2 Keys. But can a single YUBIKEY be shared on both PCs. Or, do I need to purchase separate keys for each PC? So 4 Keys... 2 Keys for the WINDOWS 1O and 2 keys for the LINUX PC?

I followed the instructions to set a security and there is no option to do it. I need to be able to login to all of my gmail accounts. The correct password was used, and is shown when I click the key icon and is accepted on other browsers. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

I recently bought a new laptop and am trying to sink my current mozilla browser with the new computer. However I can't seem to get an authentication code and don't know where/if I saved Mozilla backup codes. please help1
