Firefox is not loading on my desktop full sceen. I can see a small page minimalized when I put my curser on the Firefox icon. This has happened once before and I had to uninstall and install and I lost a lot of settings doing that. Please advise. Picture on the left is what I see, not the other. please try and update for me i have tried several times and it keeps failing to update i have closed computer and cleared every thing and have tried several times and nothing seems to work it has asked me to update several times over the last couple of days but nothing is updating and i cannot play any music on Utube or even old music that i have downloaded long ago

i do not have anyone to help me on this i did try help line but i must be doing something wrong because nothing has changed

good afternoon I am having issues with my Imac OS 10.15.7 Catalina. I am continuing have to put a new password every time i wane to use TVNZ+ on my imac and ipad. Please advise what i need to do? Regards John

How do I check?

Or does Mozilla have a vpn I can use?

Здравствуйте. Последнее время заметил следующую проблему. При открытии некоторых сайтов, где есть видео или транляции, колесиком мышки открываю нужные видео или трансляции в новых вкладках. Ситуация следующая. Если не спеша открыть несколько вкладок, например 5, после перейти к ним, то нужно нажать в центре видео/трансляции "плей", чтобы видео стало работать. НО, если открыть вкладки (так же 5 или более) и сразу же переключаться на них, то видео будет автоматически стартовать. Раньше так и было при добавлении нескольких вкладок с видео, а после переключения на них, видео сразу открывалось. Теперь - нет. В настройках ничего нигде не менял, проверял как на версии браузера для пк на 133..., так и на последней 137... Отключал все дополнения, в настройках сайтов давал разрешение для автовоспроизведения аудио и видео. Хочу отметить, что такая проблема на многих сайтах. На некоторых же всё работает как и раньше. Также отмечу, что переустанавливал браузер с полной очисткой. Железо у пк хорошее, озу 32 гб. Никогда проблем такого рода не было. Прошу помочь с решением проблемы.

I'm running Firefox 137.02 on Mac desktop - on multiple websites I can't open drop-down menus and select a choice, most troublesome is not being able to log-out because of this - I have seen previous question but they are all years old. I have tried closing Firefox and restarting as well as restarting my Mac.

i can't watch a streaming movie without it stopping to buffer through out the whole movie . I never have a problem watch TV shows. It wont upload the stream long enough to keep playing . Can i increase the streaming a head so the movie doesn't stop playing till the end.

Hey, I'm trying to port a game save file to and the game but when i access the save file it shows a Firefox logo on the left and when i try to port the file, it never works even though i follow all the instructions. Can anyone tell me how to change the symbol back to the normal white blank one please as i think that that is making it not work.

Since the last update that I received from you and installed I can not longer get in to my online Bank account. I get a window telling me access is denied. I am unauthorized to access this resource. with a Reference ID of e727ec65b1 Troubleshooting steps 1. Reload the home page and try again Failed 2. Clear your browser cache and try again. Failed 3. Try logging in with a different browser. No they aren't as secure 4. Try logging in with a different device. No only use my desk top for business.

The Bank says they are having trouble with Firefox. I don't want to have to use Edge or Google they aren't as secure as Firefox. Please fix this with the Horizon Bank. Thank you. dleeb17

Do you have an ongoing inaccessibility issue with Consumer Cellular? With repeatedly unsuccessful attempts trying to access our online account and then calling them, they claimed that "Firefox will not download their website correctly." Why?

They repeatedly and heavily tried to steer us to use Chrome, which is not an option since Chrome is an excessive memory hog and Google is far too nosy. Consumer Cellular, as technical a company as it is, shouldn't have an incompatible issue with you. It is the only company we've ever been given this lame excuse. Perhaps they, like too many other companies, are in bed with Google.

This started a couple of upgrades ago I installed an older version of firefox browser and they functioned.

My firefox browser is current 136.0.4 (64-bit) as of this morning. Thanks for any help with this issue Ben
