Hello, I work for a company that creates and sells elearning courses. A user has contacted us with an issue when using Firefox. When the user takes a course, there is no issue. However, if they retake the 100% completed course, the screen goes grey/blank. This is only happening with Firefox and not with any other browser we've tested. We're using Articulate Rise (published using SCORM 1.2) to build our courses and they're hosted on a Moodle based LMS.

Every so often a link goes "bad" on Firefox. After years of being ok, the link won't download or it downloads partially and the wheel of death keeps spinning. The only solution I have found is to switch to Google. This time my earthlink email downloaded but would not allow me to scroll down on an individual page. Then it wouldn't download at all. I don't know if it is connected but an odd graphic has been showing up just before the email loads. Picture a U facing right with jagged teeth closing the U. I really don't want to switch to Google. Please advise.

Had no trouble for many months of subscription getting access to the site and being able to read any articles I want. For seemingly no reason at all - suddenly no menu opens - even if I select text and right mouseclick - nothing! Clicking on folder - nothing. Clicking any menu - nothing. BUT it actually opens! It just does not show! For example, if click on Tools, then it will be dark. If I move the mouse down where should be the first thing in the menu "Downloads" then it is actually there, Downloads opens. So what is this? I need a fix, fast. This is my main browser and I have 8500 tabs. So no "reinstall" is not an option. I even had to make this post in another browser because I can not use the "Which topic best describes your question?" dropdown - it does not show!
