Firefox is not loading on my desktop full sceen. I can see a small page minimalized when I put my curser on the Firefox icon. This has happened once before and I had to uninstall and install and I lost a lot of settings doing that. Please advise. Picture on the left is what I see, not the other. Mozilla Firefox 115.25.0 (x64 en-US) won’t close since my previous version was updated on 6/29/25. I have tried closing it in my Win7pro Task Manager on several occasions, and had even tried to uninstall and then reinstall it from my “Programs and Features” menu, but I keep getting a message that the program can’t be uninstalled until it is first closed. Nothing I do fixes this problem. HELP

FireFox version 140.0.2. is not good either! The video upload to Youtube will not start either! Removing cookies did not solve the problem either. This phenomenon has happened before, starting with version 131.0, which was eventually fixed later. (Win10 64 bit)

When I try to load "Comments" I get this message:

Failed loading comments! Please try again...

Trying again doesn't help.

so, basically, if i walk away from my computer for a few hours and firefox is open, I come back to the original window, plus a window for about every hour that i was away. all the new windows are just sitting on the homepage, but this only happens when a keyboard is connected as far as i can tell.

any keyboard by the way, i have now tried it with 12 different ones.(6 different manufacturers at least)

i have tried to refresh firefox, i even went so far as to do the "reinstall but keep my file" thing for windows 11, uninstalled and reinstalled firefox, deleted all the local files, cookies, etc, signing out of my account on the browser, malwarebytes said i didnt have any problems with my system.

I have even tried to figure out how to reset the http and https default to none in windows 11 to attempt to solve this.

the only thing that works so far is to not have a keyboard connected

any help would be great :)

Hey, I have recently installed Zen Browser because of a friend's suggestion. Although I really loved the fresh vibe of the Browser in comparison to what I was accustomed of which is Chrome. But after some initial hassle of setting up the browser I figured one thing that although I have a 100Hz external monitor and a 90Hz Panel on the Laptop the Webpages while scrolling it felt that it was somewhere 45-60Hz. I tried the UFO Test as well but there I was getting 100Hz but whenever I visited any website (say LinkedIn or even Youtube) the page seem very very laggy and it made me switch back to Chrome (Honestly I wanted to stay on Zen only) but the problem forced me to switch back. I understand that the browser is still in its Beta Phase but still the experience I had it was not good. Hope I can get some resolution and hop back to Zen as I really want to.

PS - I have tried all the fixes from reddit pages, Hardware Acceleration, Smooth Scrolling, etc. none works.

As of July 1st I'm unable to open www.funnyjunk.com on firefox I can do it through chrome or a 3rd browser on my phone and a friend who uses firefox can do it too. I have DNS over HTTPs settings disabled, troubleshoot mode and private window didn't change anything. Afaik I haven't installed anything new between my last successful and first unsuccessful attempt.

Why is Firefox Browser no longer an acceptable browser to access some on-line accounts? Business entities are no longer recognizing Firefox. When utilizing another browser connectivity is no issue.

Hey, I'm trying to port a game save file to and the game but when i access the save file it shows a Firefox logo on the left and when i try to port the file, it never works even though i follow all the instructions. Can anyone tell me how to change the symbol back to the normal white blank one please as i think that that is making it not work.

In opening email, graphics have stopped displaying automatically. What it prompts you to do, doesn't work. I had an internal tech look into it from our end, but he said it was a firefox thing. emails are in outlook microsoft edge opens the emails properly. I do not want to use microsoft Edge as my browser.

What can I do to fix it?

At some point in recent time I started encountering broken websites, and that "http" in their scripts seems like what's causing it. Full error text in the console: Content-Security-Policy: The page’s settings blocked an inline script (script-src-elem) from being executed because it violates the following directive: “script-src http: https:”

what I tried to do to fix this: 1. Disabling https-only mode in settings 2. Disabling all the enabled extensions 3. Tried disabling "enhanced tracking protection" for pages with the errors; and also tried switching tracking protection from strict to standard in the settings 4. Tried checking problematic pages in a new fresh Firefox profile, and they do work there seemingly fine. But I would like to fix the issue for my current profile and understand what's causing it.

Suddenly getting persistent "Gah. Your tab just crashed" error message this week; running Windows 11 on a Lenovo X1 Carbon 12th Gen laptop; I have run Firefox in Safe mode, disbled multi-process tabs, turned off h'ware acceleration, cleared cache and cookies, turned off BitDefender, Refresed firefox, updated firefox and windows, checked for malware, reinstalled Firefox, and attempted to create a new Firefox proficle (didn't run), all to no avail; attempted to use mozregression, but I don't have the skills. Would be glad of any help! Thanks

I'm running Firefox 137.02 on Mac desktop - on multiple websites I can't open drop-down menus and select a choice, most troublesome is not being able to log-out because of this - I have seen previous question but they are all years old. I have tried closing Firefox and restarting as well as restarting my Mac.

Hello Mozilla Family and Forum Members. It uses a long amount of Mozilla developer edition and it does not show the distance between two divs. How can I turn this on?
