I am not referring to anything regarding YouTube. This issue is with my Firefox web browser. When I long onto frequently used web pages parts of the page are no longer visible. What causes this and how do I fix this?

A recent Firefox upgrade eliminated my toolbar "History" Icon. I want it back. Please do not suggest a three stroke keyboard alternative. Thank you.

On Edge or other search engines I've been able to highlight, copy and past a web address where the pasted result is a clickable link to the website, but this doesn't work for Firefox. I have looked through the settings and other questions online, but found no solution, from what I can see people more often ask about the opposite issue to mine. Is this a limitation of the search engine or am I dumb?

I have tried to find solutions to this and have not found anything to be a permanent fix. I recently have found my FireFox browser closing my first attempt to open and upon opening my second attempt Firefox will open but give me a pink address bar with a robot stating "browser is under remote control (reason: Dev Tools)" and the only thing that seems to get rid of this temporarily is going to my control panel (I'm a windows user) and toggling the remote assistance checkbox (I keep it unchecked since this problem has occurred). Then after re-opening Firefox again, it appears to work normally - no pink address bar with robot. Is there a permanent fix for this? Is it an OS issue or a Firefox issue? Maybe both? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I am fairly tech savvy, but not too familiar with browser interfaces and solutions involving the command line.

My website is shown as insecure. If I open it with Chrome, it is okay. If my girlfriend opens it from her computer with firefox, it is okay too. What is wrong here?

With these updates the way Firefox handles Outlook seems to get worse and worse. I don't have these problems if I switch to Edge. If I'm watching streamers on Twitch the streams pause while Outlook loads. It didn't used to do this. Something about that mail service is really hanging up the browser and it struggles more and more. There is always delay as it tries to load everything. The first email will take a while before it loads up. Sometimes if I close the tab and open a new one and try again it loads up faster. I've have all my cookies reset with this recent firefox update, everything got wiped for some reason, but getting them set up again doesn't help it. Clearing Cache hasn't helped it.

The website mylotto.co.nz has been blocking Firefox for many months now and when I rang them to find out what the problem is they just say they are having problems but it was obvious that the person there was reading a script and fobbing me off. This has been going for many months now a problem would have been fixed by now. I would like to know if you can bring pressure to bear on them to get reinstated again. If I open a second tab on the screen it says the connection has crashed and keeps doing it if you try again. If you reset it resets Firefox including the other tab.

After restarting Firefox i found I've lost all History and Bookmarks.

I'm on a MAC, I'm not sure to do at this point, I had atleast 10 years of bookmarks!

For about 24hr now, every time I clear cookies and cache data, 20kB remain. I clear this data often, and the cookie and cache data always registers "0kB" after I click on "Clear Data", until yesterday. My OS is Ubuntu 22.04. Where can I find that file so I can delete it?

Have used Firefox for decades and suddenly it is having problems. If I surf around and have a few tabs open, some of them might crash. Firefox tries to restore them and sometimes it works and sometimes they just crash again immediately. I can go to Amazon and the page won't load completely so I can't do anything. If I try and close Firefox it won't close, it is frozen. And often, pages just load very slowly even though my internet connection is strong. This just started about a month or so ago. I have refreshed Firefox, updated it, and checked the systems on my computer. All my internal diagnostics returned "no issues." So it has to be the program.

Why is firefox not showing up in my authenticator app???

I saw a previous post that has since been closed suggesting the solution be disabling 2FA authentication - with all due respect to whoever suggested that, I don't think that should be the best solution. I'd like to keep 2FA enabled. I'd just like to know why Firefox doesn't appear in my Google or Microsoft Authenticator apps. I end up having to use recovery codes which makes the process a pain.

I have no idea how to fix a problem that just emerged in the last hour.

I can't download file attachments sent by email. Yesterday I could. I have been using Mozilla Firefox as my browser for more than 10 years. I tried restarting my computer that didn't help.
