Hi, I received a charge on my statement this morning from "MOZILLACORP" but I'm not sure for what... Could you look into and get to the bottom of this please. Of course I could just be being a tad antsy but I honestly don't remember buying anything from you guys this morning. Maybe your vendors charge through you? I dont know, but if you could do a dive for me I'd really appreciate it! I'll send you a screenshot.

Firefox didn't open normally and I got a screen about refreshing it. I "refreshed" Firefox this morning and all my bookmarks vanished. I tried the suggestions in HELP but it didn't work. How do I get back to the old version of Firefox so I can have my bookmarks?

Today I was trying to login in a site and didn't know the password. So I tried to open the "Passwords" tab on the firefox menu. It opened but there were zero logins and passwords there, while I had dozens before.

I searched on google and found very few problems like mine, mostly from old posts. The solution presented there had something to do with enabling e10s (multiple process support). I don't know what this is but I saw that multiple process was already enabled on my firefox and I didn't change anything recently.

There was a firefox update pending (haven't updated in months) so I did the update AFTER I had these problems. The update didn't solve anything apparently.

Then I decided to reinstall firefox but first I wanted to backup some files (bookmarks, passwords, login, etc). This is when another issue appeared. I couldn't copy/paste some of these files. It said I needed a permission. But I'm the "admin" on this PC, only I use this computer, so I should have permissions to everything. I tried changing permissions on the properties/security tab of the file, but everything was already checked to "allow". The only thing that is not checked is "special permissions", but I can't change that.

So I thought maybe there is a process open "holding" these files so I restarted windows. After the restart, I still couldn't copy those files. Renaming the files also isn't allowed. Then I decided to come here and post about this problem, but didn't remember my login to this site. So I opened the "passwords" tab again and to my surprise everything was restored there.

So my main issue was solved, but I'm still trying to understand what happened. Why I couldn't see the logins and passwords before. And why I can't copy those files to create a backup.

A few extra information: I don't use firefox profile, so I don't sign and don't sync with anything. The most recent change to the computer was a windows update (1 or 2 days ago). I didn't change anything else in weeks.

Hi, I get an email daily from Euro news group but the links don't work anymore and I don't have any way to allow permission to load the page. I use a VPN so my security should be good. It all worked OK a month ago and if I do a search for Euro News and click the link, the page loads without a problem. Regards, David.

I can view the barnes and noble website but cannot log into my account. Upon entering my login and password, I receive the following error message:"An unexpected error has occurred. Please refresh your page and try again. If this problem persists, please contact customer support." I have contacted B&N support and been told the problem is not on their end and to use a different browser because the issue "must" be a Firefox issue.

Looking at my Task manager, when I open Firefox it started opening multiple "Firefox" apps every few seconds until eventually about 85% of my memory is used up (Total of 16MB) If I close some of them I get the usage down to 10% but then it starts opening up more apps all over again. I only have the start page, Google, open! I can't use Firefox like this how can I get it to start normally?

I signed into mozilla firefox on my father's computer at his home. I was visiting for the week and forgot my laptop. I logged his firefox account, then signed in with my details. Now I am seeing all of my father's login credentials when I am logged in to my firefox account at my home. I am not sure how it happened but I would like to not see my father's credentials for every website. Thank you.

I routinely receive images from one sender that has a banner that renders two to three times the screen width no matter the screen size.

This issue doesn't occur on the Gmail Mobile app only while viewing Gmail on Firefox (The issue is not resident in Chrome).

way to limit the size of embedded / inline images when logged into gmail on Firefox?

I noticed with yahoo finance, and possibly another site or two I do not recall, that firefox becomes unable to open any other URLS and seems to lock up after visiting one or more of my saved favorate/bookmarked Yahoo Finance Urls.

The solution is not permanent and has to be applied everytime I open firefox and visit a site that causes this problem. It does NOT seem to affect M.S. Edge at all.

Is firefox / mozilla working on a permanent fix for whatever causes this issue?

Yesterday I updated my mac mini OS to 13.3. From that time, when I use my home pod mini (airplay), firefox does not work on the sound.

I tried youtube and twitch, but neither sounds nothing when I turned it on with home pod mini.

I think it is a problem with firefox with up-to-date version macOS. It's because other browsers make sounds well such as Safari.

When I try to open websites from a google search, I get this error:

• This doesn't happen with chrome.

• If I enter a website directly in to the search bar, I am able to open the website; I just can't open it when going through google.

• If I go through duckduckgo, I can open the website directly.

• This doesn't happen for all websites, but the ones it happens to is weird. Today it was the Red Cross blood donation website.

• I am over 18 and am noted as such in my google account and in my firefox account; I just double checked.

• I am working on a PC using Windows 11 Pro. Firefox is up to date. I only have 2 extensions, neither of which block sites.

• I tried going through google and accessing admin rights, can't do that so apparently I don't have admin rights through google. But again, I can open websites through google using chrome, just not firefox.

When I click on "New private window," an ordinary Firefox window opens. I tried creating a totally separate icon on the task bar which should only open a private window, but it opens an ordinary window every time. This happens regardless of whether there is any other Firefox window open on my computer. Instead of the purple theme and the words "Private Browsing" in the header bar, there is an ordinary theme and no special identifier.

Firefox is my preferred browser. I have it running on several devices. Recently (within the last two days) I have not been able to sign into Outlook.Live.com on my Acer Laptop running Win10. I get a "something went wrong" message. Also, I can not open MSN.com. The MSN splash screen sits there with the progress bar dancing back and forth but nothing happens. I tried opening Firefox in troubleshooting mode but the same thing happens. I am able to successfully open both of these pages using MS Edge on the same device. I can open the Bing page (another MS site) in Firefox and it functions as usual. I also have Firefox on a Compac Presario Laptop running Win10. The same thing happens there. That laptop also has Chrome installed and both Outlook.Live.com and MSN.com work properly on that laptop with the Chrome browser. That same Compac Presario can be booted to Linux Mint. In that mode I have a copy of Firefox for Linux. When I use that, both Outook.Live.com and MSN.com work properly. Has there been a recent change to Firefox which might cause this behavior? What else can I do to troubleshoot this problem? Thanks Gary

For the last six months Firefox it has taken up to 30 seconds to open an article on Fox News. This doesn't happen on other sites and it doesn't happen every time. I have tried running Firefox in Trouble Shoot mode. It made no difference. I do not have this problems with Chrome.
