FIREFOX even in safe mode failing to allow login to Spectrum.net. EDGE and OPERA do allow, problem began approximately 3-14-2021. The login process ends up with a message "We're sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try again." LASTPASS is NOT the cause.

Thanks Fred, but none of the suggestions helped, and most of them did not apply. The site does load, but the verification process acts differently now than it previously did (and still does with the other browsers). There are now several "redirecting to" messages displayed that did not happen prior to this. Also, in FIREFOX I used the username/password reset option, after/during which the login succeeded. NOTE that the problem is a LOGIN problem and not a connection problem. Nothing else in my computer has changed; same security software running as it was before Firefox started this failure. I don't think any updates to any of those happened at the time of failure. There was a major WIN-10 update, and I did experience some problems as a result, and I do not recall if Firefox started to fail at that time. I don't think the update was connected, but not sure. Everything else still works normal (and well) in Firefox.

Hello guys crtl + enter will open all websites starting by https! afaik many many many websites don't have installed SSL. So novice users should see "Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead" for them all? I do believe Potential Risk is Firefox and its dumb developers who made this stupid change itself! Anyway to fix this? or move away to Chrome? Thanks.

On start-up Firefox restores (or opens) the last session before I closed Firefox. Or so it is configured. However, since -at least- a month Firefox seems to open the session that it opened the last time and not the session before turning the browser off. I threw out a lot of tabs and rearranged them, but on the next startup everything is exactly as it was before I changed things. This is very frustrating. Why is Firefox not opening the last session that was open (and how it is configured), but a previous one?

When I add a page to bookmarks, the bookmarks bar shows up under the search bar, the first time it happened I selected "never display" the bar, but after that, everytime I add another bookmark the bar shows again, even if I have the option to not show the bar selected, as I have to click it again for the bar to go away.

How can I make that bar not display anymore?

I have noticed in Firefox 86.0.1 64 bit that in the past few days the search results screen has been shifting to the right and not centered. I have noticed this as well on my wife's laptop. I have refreshed Firefox on my HP desktop and her HP laptop and it still happens intermittently. When it does this the only way to correct this is to restart Firefox. We both have Windows 10 Home Version 20H2 Installed on ‎2/‎24/‎2021 OS build 19042.868. I was wondering if this is a known bug and if anyone else is seeing this.

Thank you

I am not native english speaker, so sorry for my english. My question is basically to the Bengali Mozilla translation community. (i don't know how to contact with them, so i am asking here. please feel free to let them know)

If you go to any Bengali help article e.g. this one: https://support.mozilla.org/bn/kb/update-firefox-latest-version you will see the article tell me how to use English version of Firefox, and not Bengali version of Firefox.

For exemple: 3. হালনাগাদ বা আপডেট যখন ইনস্টলের জন্য প্রস্তুত হবে তখন, Restart to update Firefox বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।

Why Restart to update Firefox is not written according to Bengali version of Firefox?

If i already use firefox in English, i won't bother to look at Bengali version. When i look https://support.mozilla.org/bn/kb/update-firefox-latest-version i except to see everything in bengali, so can know where to go in my Bengali version of Firefox.

At least some community are aware of these thing. see https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/aggiornamento-firefox?redirectslug=update-firefox-latest-version

I've used FF Sync a few years now. On many devices. I even somehow gotten my wifes FF sync info mixed into mine. Super old user names/passwords going back 3 -4 old ones pop up in selection.

So that issue and one more. I have a new laptop, which seems to have the last of my saved sync stuff. Currently I logged out for fear that a recently installed FF on ubuntu which has nothing on it would wipe it. I also have FF on android phone.

Here's what I hope top do, even if it means deleting FF on ubuntu and android, so that only FF on my new laptop is the only survivor. I beleive the FF browser cloud has zero saved user name/password info, so I'm afraid to sign in on my new laptop FF and what I have on it, which is what I want on FF cloud will get wiped by FF cloud?

Help!!

When I open Google Translate, large grey text labels appear next to the icons, obscuring what's beneath. For example beside the double arrow icon it says "swap_horiz," which covers up some of the menu items. I think this is a Firefox, and not a Google, problem because this happens only on my desktop (Win 10) and not on my laptop (also Win 10). It also doesn't happen on any other site. I'm sure some switch somewhere got thrown accidentally. Has anyone had this problem?
