Had an IMPORTANT list of websites that were listed just below the top search bar. They have disappeared, and I need them back where are they and how do I place them back where I had them. Signed, Technically challenger senior that requires step by step instructions, basic skills please :)

Hello, In my prior versions of the Firefox browser for Windows 10, I saved and used 1 row of shortcuts right under the search field of the browser. When I updated to v151, the same saved shortcuts keep overwriting with recently viewed pages, just like the history list. Is there a way to stop the browser from overwriting my saved shortcuts row? Presently, I have to manually delete every single overwritten shortcut to maintain a clean list of saved shortcuts after having browsed to other websites; this cleanup process is getting old! FYI, I do used the bookmark toolbar also, but there just a few saved shortcuts that I like to have and frequently use in the single row of shortcuts. Please advise how to save my succinct row of desired shortcuts if that's now possible to do. Thank you.

I had all 32 homepage shortcut tiles in use. I tried to replace 3 of them, but, after removing those 3, the last 3 tiles won't appear under cursor. I just have dead page space under cursor where those 3 tiles should be. There is no page reaction to hovering cursor over those spots.

I would like you to demonstrate how I can do this through Firefox settings. I remember having these widgets activated a while back, but they went away after I reset all my settings. I've spent tens of minutes looking through all Firefox settings and tab customization to no avail. It is important to note that I am in the US using Firefox on a Windows 11 device.

Place a remove icon, not a delete app icon, in the three dots for the icons on the landing page.

Your last update placed 24+ hot links on my landing page. If I click on the 3 dots or right-click on the icon, there is no removal option. How do I get rid of the background app icons on my landing page now?

I'm struggling with the changes to my homepage in recent releases. I use (and love) the about:newtab setup. Frankly, it's a big reason I use Firefox. I had the old 5x8 setup of thumbnails, with everything where I wanted it and could easily find. I'm 67 so this is probably much more important to me than someone younger, Changing the number of columns when you switched it to 5x10 threw off where everything was, so I had to rearrange. Okay., I did. But then you go and change it back to 5x8 and now I've lost a bunch of stuff and have to rearrange everything again. Can I get 5x10 back? If so, please let me know how. Thanks.

The new feature Sports Widget is too generic does not even state what sports which game is it. Each individual will always have his/her preferred sports they follow so this needs a lot of improvements.

I would be SO HAPPY if you could add an option under new tab in settings so you can set new tab to a URL or upload a static site! Currently, you can set Firefox home to a custom URL, but you can only set new tab to a blank page or the "Firefox home" page. It would be good if you added an option to upload a static site and add the URL option for new tab too! I want this because I have actually made my own static site custom new tab page, but I can't actually use it. =(

If I open a new window this link is the first thing that open automatically.

I have used Firefox on my PC for ever (10-15 years). Yahoo was set to be my home page so I can get to my email. Starting 5-6 days ago when I click Mozilla Firefox on my task bar it opens a white (blank) page, no yahoo (but it shows yahoo.com in the address bar). I can go to my book marks and got them or type in a URL and go there OK. But, to see my mail I have to open Google Chrome to get to yahoo and log in. If I'm on Firefox and get the blank screen, then go to another URL from my bookmarks then type in yahoo.com it goes back to a blank screen that shows https://www.yahoo.com/ in the address.

Following a recent Firefox update, 1.48.0 I think, the search box in the middle of the page no longer works, any attempt to type there ends up in the address bar. I have tried setting "browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar" to false and other suggested fixes on the internet but it made no difference. I am running Windows 11 Pro, fully updated. Hope you can help Regards Keith

I switched to Firefox yesterday, and it keeps adding some sites that I visited more than once to my shortcuts, and there is no option to disable it. I can only disable all shortcuts, and I don't wanna do that. I just wanna have MY SHORTCUTS. It's literally the most basic feature that ALL BROWSERS HAVE. WHY CAN'T I HAVE MY OWN SHORTCUTS? If there is really no way to have ONLY MY SHORTCUTS, I'm switching to Edge.

When using the time zone widget the North American time zones appear as 3 letters rather than GMT +/-

How do I set North American cities to GMT? I do not live in North American so GMT would make more sense for people outside North America.
