Hello, I have been using Firefox for 15 years, you guys are awesome. I have a few issues before with Firefox, in the past but were easily fixed by a refresh or new install, PC reset. I have tried these options and more, and still I cannot see why websites are not connecting, I recently tried Norton Anti track, didn't see anything new deleted after 3-days? (Properly)I am sure anti track is the cause of the problem, it was running fine until deleted extension removed everything. Norton did a remote session taking screen shots of computer and stated Firefox is is just not working. I can access the websites from that browser. I reinstalled Firefox* after install of Norton product, which usually likes to control everything on your computer. I have a HP Pavilion desktop running windows 11/// I just cant seem to get to my accounts seem to be block by something? Account i have had for years. I have done everything on Mozilla help articles, but still not letting me in to the websites??? some are opening email AOL, CVS and a few others, even my Amazon Prime account hesitates while browsing?I had and AOL pop-up stating My GP? settings? could not find it. Can you help any info would be appreciated. Firefox is my default browser and I miss it. Thanks to all at Mozilla, best, Thomas user.

When trying to visit some websites the connected server returns timeout in Firefox. Attempting exactly the same site from out Edge it answers at once.

The machine is a up to date Windows11 pc with an active Mozilla VPN.

Should I change some settings? How can I find out the reason?

nord vpn from desktop icon gives the normal pop up in pic 1. next pic when you go to log in you get the with screen in pic 2. if you try log in from a link nord sent in trouble shooting you get pic 3. if you go to crap browsers like chrome and edge it works fine, but we are removing those programs next weeks for security reasons. so i need this to work on firefox. reinstalled nord with no fix. worked fine 11-2925 but not now 11-30-25

Bonjour. Depuis longtemps j'utilise Firefox Portable dand un bac à sable(SandBoxie-Plus). Depuis la dernière mise à jour Firefox plante, affiche incomplétement ou pas du tout la page. Je signale que sans le bac à sable Firefox fonctionne normalement. Actuellement je suis sur "WATERFOX" portable (version mai 2025) qui a l'air de fonctionner normalement.

Hi, I have been trying all day to get my Trend Micro program working on my Firefox browser, including Password manager. These programs work ok on MS Edge browser, but I can't get it to work on my Firefox browser

I am using AdGuard Windows App but the app does not work well with Firefox. There are long page loading delays on many sites (TLS handshakes, etc.) while I do not have this issue with other browsers. I have installed the AdGuard certificate, have disabled DOH in Firefox, but still the problem. The only solution is to turn off HTTPS filtering in the AdGuard Windows app which then defeats many of the protections normally afforded by the AdGuard Windows app. I understand that there is a long history of Firefox not playing well with AdGuard Windows app so I am hoping/wondering if there is some solution on the horizon?

I wrote yesterday but my post doesn't appear today. Today I got the message about bookmarks and history not functioning and eventually found something in Firefox that said it was probably due to "some security software." I have now gone into Windows settings and my security updates are done, but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do now. This is an extremely annoying and disruptive issue. I see that several other people are experiencing it, so it's interesting that the note next to their posts state that no one else is having the same problem. Can someone please help us all to get our bookmarks and history back?

a security program may be tying up the bookmark tab in Firefox. Is this true for everyone and I can expect a fix to be downloaded. or what else can you suggest.

Hi. I'm in Windows 10 Extension using latest version of Firefox 145.0.2.

Every time I try to log into my Gmail account, a Windows Security Pop up says: "Making sure it's you. Please sign in to google.com. This request is coming from Firefox, published by Mozilla Corporation."

I'm already trying to log into gmail using my user name and password! I cancel out of the pop up and then it takes several tries to finally log in to gmail.

Is there any way to disable this pop up request at Firefox's end?

I was wondering if there any option to make my savings more structured, here is an example what i mean: all my downloads are saved in "\Downloads" or i can select it EVERYTIME i download ANYTHING from ANYWHERE, this sucks and i want it to be like this: "\Downloads\web.url\" so it gonna be like: "\Download\youtube.com\" or "\Downloads\gtihub.com\" and i want to have an option to define custom folders for each website, for example for github.com i want set this path: "E:\github-dl\", in my case, E: is my external hard drive. This solution will make user downloading experience much better and our filesystem will say thank to you! I hope you got my idea, i tried to search any extension in your shop, and chrome market but i didn't find any luck, so im asking you directly. I also never saw this kind of feature in any other browser so you could be the ever first one:)

In the "General" section of my Firefox Settings, it states that "Your browser is being managed by your organization."

When I click on that, it shows the word "Certificates" under Policy Name, and "ImportEnterpriseRoots" under Policy Value.

Is this something that Firefox installed, or is it something a third-party (like my former company) installed on my computer.

Also, would this possibly slow down my computer?

On some websites, such as scratch.mit.edu, the fonts have been displaying as Burbank Big (a font i recently downloaded) instead of the regular font. This happens on other websites that don't use Helvetica Niue as well, so i'm stumped. I checked the styles panel in inspector and it showed the correct names, but when i hovered my cursor over it, it showed a preview of Burbank Big instead. What do i do to fix this?
