Hello,

"The bookmarks and history system will not be functional" error message has suddenly appeared in just the past couple of days on my new DELL Inspiron 15 3535 with Windows 11. I have followed the first few items on the Mozilla Support page that comes up as soon as the initial Firefox opening page appears and that has not corrected the problem.

I have tried to follow the next few steps but can't really find what it calls for because I don't understand what it's talking about. I am not of the tech generation and do not speak the tech language. Most of the terms in there I do not know what or where they are on the laptop.

Is there anybody who could help me saw through the terminology and give me some ideas on how to simply solve my problem? All I really want to do is get to where my bookmarks are hidden and put them back in place where I can use them again.

I recently lost all my data on my computer and after logging into my account, I couldn't retrieve my firefox data. I searched everywhere on my browser and couldn't find nothing to fix this.

New computer upgrade from MS10 to MS 11 365. I lost all bookmarks for internet locations. How do I retrieve them? Where is the new bookmark access icon on the Firefox home screen?

Suite à la mise à jour de Firefox avec l'arrivée des nouveaux profils, j'ai perdu tout ce que j'avais enregistré sur ma session : tous mes mots de passe, mes marque-pages ainsi que les données de mon compte. Impossible de les retrouver ou de récupérer les données de mon compte initial. Je ne comprends pas ce qu'il s'est passé et surtout, j'aimerais savoir comment faire pour récupérer mes mots de passes et marques pages qui ont disparus ??

Здравствуйте, из-за отсутствия места на диске ВЕСЬ МОЙ БРАУЗЕР ОТКАТИЛСЯ. У меня остались папки с профилями. Но когда я их загружаю, браузер говорит, что профиль не доступен. Что мне делать? На скриншоте папки из профиля. Мне хотя бы пароли восстановить...

After running a CCleaner health check on my computer I have lost all access to my bookmarks and the Fire Fox home page does not display my most visited websites as icons.

A couple of updates ago, I received the message that some of my bookmarks will not be available. So I ran through the trouble shooting FAQs and I ran into a problem. When I go into Manage Bookmarks and it brings up my now empty library, when I select Import/Backup then Restore, it will not show me any files to restore from. Additionally, I used Fx File Utilities and it show the corrupt entry that I cannot remove, but allows me to export the json file to an html file so I can import it, but once again, when I select Import from HTML, it shows me no available files to restore from. Lastly, I imported the html file in to Chrome and then tried the option to import from another browser, but again, it will not allow me to select anything.

I have confirmed the integrity of the db as instructed, etc. So I have run out of options. How can I get my 15+ years of bookmarks back?
