Firefox connection fails on my mac cleared everything used troubleshooting mode works on windows iphone. I used wireshark and there is no attempt to contact the failing server only see udp broadcast from server. Safari works find DNS is fine cleared everything. Only thing I have not done is reinstall. No trouble connecting to other websites, this is the only one. I ran a virus scan at a loss.

I use AdBlock. In my Firefox Settings I have a list of sites for which I want AdBlock turned off. They don't work and I'm still locked out. What's up with this?

Hi, it there a way to keep the video controls/status bar (at the bottom and corners) from appearing when using the shortcut keys in Picture-in-Picture mode? In previous Firefox versions I was able to full-screen the window, move my cursor off to the side and the controls would disappear after a few seconds and I could use shortcut keys (space for pause/play, arrows for forward and back, etc) without the controls appearing on the screen, so I could take screenshots and stuff. But now they reappear whenever I press anything on my keyboard. Is there a new way to do this?

If not, can I request the feature be added? Thanks.

The 2-step window of Siriusxm is cut off so cannot be selected in Firefox. This is new and Sirius says it's Firefox not Sirius. Works fine in Chrome but I don't use Chrome. I've tried all ChatGPT suggestions. please help.

After the most recent windows update some tabs have started having repeating messages from the website advertising telling me to reopen the tab, come back, etc.

I can't take a screenshot of my tabs to show this but they're flicking back and forth between what the actual tab is and things like "(1) - Let me know if you..." "(lightning bolt emoji) Hurry we are..." "(pointing hand emoji) Come back!"

Its obnoxious and creates constantly moving images in my peripheral, making it very difficult to concentrate.

How do I disable this?

CTL-B changed the side scroll with on the right hand side but the scroll, bar remained narrow. The left land side remained narrow. The scrolling bars are too narrow only about 2mm wide Regards Mick

Hello, often after waking the PC from sleep and trying to search for something, it is stuck on loading the web page/search. So after I close Firefox and try to open it again, it says it is already running and must be closed. If I click on Close Firefox, the dialog box closes for a while but reappears with the same message. When I want to kill the process with Task Manager, it says Access is denied, and the only way to open Firefox again is by restarting the PC.

Some how I have 2 FireFox icon's? One goes to 141.0.3 and when I click the other icon it goes to Windows MSIX Pack? How do I get it to stay on 141.0.3??

I made a copy of the profile, in the copy I disabled extensions (Troubleshoot Mode), removed prefs.js and user.js, removed x.com site data, disabled Enhanced Tracking Protection, still can't enable notifications log: https://paste.debian.net/plain/1391196

I checked the line of "check for updates and let me choose to install them". hell no...the update installs itself with no questions asked.... Besides of that the last update installed itself 3 times and each time I had to import again the old bookmarks... not good at all. Looks as I move to another browser if this is not solved and there are enough good ones for my meeds.

All of a sudden this evening my title bar is shimmying left to right. If I try to pull down the Bookmarks/History/Downloads box it shimmies, too. I have no idea what caused this to happen and no idea how to fix it. I looked in the Task Manager but I'm not sure anything odd is in there. I ran a scan with McAfee but it didn't pick up anything. I am hoping someone out there can help me with this. I got rid of cache and history. Maybe it's a cookie issue and I should get rid of all of those, too?
